This branch is pointless.
I cannot praise the service I received enough to show my sincere thanks to the lovely Isabelle! She was amazing! I was served promptly and efficiently and she was very sweet, caring, helpful and sincere. Thank you again Isabelle! Kerry
New location at HiPoint really inconvenient for anyone with a disability. Old location was close to parking with easy access to branch through main doors. It is now really difficult for disabled to access. Staff (lady from Werribee) was 5 star helpful.
Horrible experience of wait time. Out of four counters two were busy attending customers on floor for half an hour. The other two didn't acknowledge customer in store and pretending working on computers. What's the point of having store if you want people to wait for hours for queries.
Even you not deserve a one star. They are so unprofessional. I got too much with claims which I made through this Medibank centre. Now Medibank is not helping me al this worse situation. That’s not even one claim were 3 claims. Really really disappointing. Give me mentally tension that I couldn’t get those claims back. Why I have to pay insurance bill if you are not getting my benefits. Totally worse.
Worst insurance branch ever. An extremely rude lady manager, no manner, no respect. Should close the branch or change the management and staff.

I called in this afternoon and waited almost an hour, but was unable to be served. There were only two work stations open as the third lady just packed up and left ar 3.30pm. There was no Supervisor on the floor which happened at the previous location. A very disappointing experience, and I probably won't be going there again
To have only 2 people working on a Saturday in one of Melbourne's biggest shopping centres while charging decent sums of money in premiums. 45minutes sitting here and writing this and still waiting. Not good enough!
Trying to call for my mother who does not have a mobile phone or internet access to set up.direct debit. Keep getting the message to call during business hours then reverting to 'please enter amount' message. Calls made between 11am and 1120am on a Tuesday. When are your business hours exactly. Absolutely useless. What are the elderly to do? Not good enough.
Having spent some weeks with little success on the Medibank priority hotline, reluctantly decided to attend the local Medibank office in person. What luck - came across the fabulous Jodi who was simply amazing! Knowledgeable, persistent and with a lovely reassuring manner she was able to fix all of the issues that I presented.
Poor customer service, the middle age Asian lady was rude and did not give a fk about her job. One word answers and didn’t care to explain anything.
Very happy to take my full year premium payment but when I wanted to make a claim suddenly things were made very difficult. Every time I deal with these guys they are the same. Absolutely no concept of customer service.
Only have given 1 star because I have too. Quite happy to take your money for years and years however when you need to use they find wording and loop holes so you are not covered!
