7I have good experiences with Miss Prashanti. She is a good customer service. Thank you for your assistances
Visited on 24/5/22 afternoon. As soon as I walked in, Prashanthi greeted with a welcoming smile and provided amazing service the whole entire time.
She is very kind, patient, understanding, and exudes a warm presence. She helped us put through a claim and even called the other office on my behalf to get an itemised receipt to put through a claim, and walked me through the Medibank apps and submitting claims online.
Prashanthi is very professional and knowledgeable in her role and the product/services Medibank offers and looks after customers really well.
Medibank visits usually feel long and confusing but Prashanthi made the visit very fun and warm and welcoming. She is a great leader.
Amazing Customer Service and info rich staff. Clean and ambient store with easy to reach brochures. Comfortable seating. Easy access to parking and proximity to store.
Very poor phone service. Waited for more than 30 mins. Had to hang up. Waste of my time.
I have submitted my three claims on 1st July 2020 and only one is processed so far. They didn't inform me what happened to other two claims total amounting AUD240, if they have accepted the same at that time. I have taken this policy when I have applied for student visa and given AUD8000. Now I am thinking it's wastage of money. Not a good deal
Lost my claims and still 3 weeks no response. Delaying tactics from medibank to hold money for claims over 200$.
Earlier they informed me that you don't need to pay any fee until your visa starts and now they are demanding policy fee again after one month even my visa haven't processed yet. Either they should have inform earlierly.ended up wasting my money in such care.
