Went in on a Saturday morning to get some help and both staff members working at the time were clueless even though the information they required was on the document provided right in front of their faces!
Customer service was polite. Claim processed quickly. Only shame was that I needed to go into the shop to submit the claim rather then do it online.
Great service by the assistant manager there - sorry I forgot your name. The lady served me and my dad, a year or so apart. She really takes time to understand our needs and recommend the best product for us. She also advised me not to over insured, which is really make me feel like she cares about her customers
The lady named Rosie is really unprofessional and shouted on me. She was getting angry and shouting for no reason. Not at all helpful. She was being a racist, seeing my nationality and assuming i am making a wrong claim. She had no idea about her own system. The time before a lady who served me confirmed i was covered under my cover for eyetest and this lady Rosie withouy even knowing what cover i have said its not covered. It was really rude and no employee has a right to shout on customers for no reason. It was a pathetic experience and i wonder why was she's even employed inspite of her attitude and unprofessional behaviour.
Great experience. Upon the visit, I expected them to attempt to convince me to sign up for the most expensive package, but they actually assessed my needs first and dedicated enough time and effort to find the most suitable package for me, which, in my case, was the basic corporate hospital cover with extras. It was a true pleasure dealing with the medibank rep - Vivien. She provided me with a high quality customer service and assistance. She is a true professional. Highly recommend.
I also didn't have to wait to be seen by the agent. It took me maybe 15 Min to get what I came for. Amazing.
Staffs are not helpful and lack of empathy. Also, possibly will give you the wrong information regarding your cover. If you want to sort out your cover, the best way is to call 132 331.

Service at the store is only good when they want your money or need you to sign up for some extras cover. Claim lodgement is an absolute nightmare and the app is useless.
Most Shocking Experience I have ever had, 1st the estimated waiting time was 6 minutes waited for 40 minutes. Then a gentleman calls me up trying to sell my the more expensive option which I told him that I did not want twice, to top it off he didn't know or seem to know what he was talking about as he kept calculating costs that kept on changing then to be told you have to pay a months cost then you get 6 weeks free at this point I didnt believe a thing that come out of his mouth and eventually I had enough and walked away.
