Medibank reviews
11Today Medibank was seamless. Very short wait, very helpful staff member and resolved our issue within 10 minutes.
Went to pay premiums at Medibank Fountain Gate today, the staff member Miguel, hope I spelt it correctly. He was very professional and courteous at all times. Explained everything clearly I needed advise on. Retail need more people like this.
Just walked to this store to sort an issue with my parents policy as they are visiting. I met the most rudest officer ever. So disappointed having had policies with Medibank for over 11 years and the way this lady spoke. This sort of people do not deserve to be employed with organisations of this nature.
Very good customer service, always happy to answer any questions
with a welcome smile, thanks a lot:)
I purchased Medibank visitor visa cover for my parents and paid the premium upfront for 3 months. When we were purchasing the product they said all hospital accommodation cost will be claimed whether it’s public or private. My father ended up getting a heart attack during his visited time and Medibank reluctant to pay all the charges, saying its heart related and which is not covering in the policy, I understand that some of heart related services will not be paid, but the hospital accommodation cost, which is clearly mentioned in the policy and broucher should be paid. You can’t have two different version of information in your policy and broucher. And the worst part is the person who sold the policy to us, told she will never put that visitor cover to her parents, because it sucks, if you don’t believe the product you sell, why the hell you promote that to customers. I was the 10th person at Monash Clayton who had to face the same thing with Medibank and had to pay $35,000. Do ethical business Medibank, be clear to your customers, and please update your stupid Outdated brouchers. You are the worst insurance service provider in Australia who deceives customers.
I think it was Susan l, she was super friendly and helpful, she was the first one to notice and greet me after I walked in and she provided useful information. I ended up getting the insurance that I need. Thanks Susan!
I was carrying my daughter waiting visibly uncomfortable. There was only one person serving the customers and she was not concerned about me at all and dragging the conversation with the existing customer. Understaffed. Unprofessional
I am really happy with the service and the support they provided at this branch one of a team member by the name of Hiranthi was so helpful and explained A to Z of my policy.keep up the good work cheers.
Served by a very rude woman by the name of Karen, who needs to be trained in customer service.
Came in to deliver my forms for my surgery. The rude female member of staff tried to tell me to go through a different process via medicare. Had she had read the documents correctly, she'd have noticed this was not true and avoided a disappointing experience.
Please train your staff on how to correctly go through documents.
Won't be using this branch again.
I enjoy the atmosphere and service. Staff assisted me in understanding and deciding on the best options for my family and I.
