Absolutely rude staff with lack of knowledge. I had to go there 4 times in order to get my blood test results claimed which were done 4 months back. Not even a single apology was made for the wastage of time or their poor service. Ridiculous company with ridiculous staff. Definitely need more training on how to communicate with customers.

Visited the Werribee Plaza store for assistance in accessing my online account and making a claim online. The lady who served me (name was Yolanda or something along those lines) was extremely disinterested in helping me. Barely bothered to make eye contact or actually help.

I then asked her to help me find my membership number and she read it out to me so quickly I could hardly write it down. When I asked her to repeat it she sighed and reread it even faster.

I then realised I was wasting my time and asked her very calmly if her job was to assist existing customers or only to acquire new sales to which she started raising her voice asking what I meant and that she was helping me.

Extremely unprofessional and a waste of having a physical setup if they can’t even help with a simple enquiry.

I'm sitting here watching the interactions between the customer and the customer service worker 2 separate customers both have language barriers but are being supported to understand and laughing and smiling and you can tell they are being cared for properly.

Very rude. Visited at the last hour of the day. Feel like they don't want to talk anymore. Very unprofessional.

The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I'd gladly recommend this branch. Have a good one:)
