Listening to the holding line is absolute agony. Guys change that horrible holding line messaging. Its god awful!

Pathetic, Business wise cannot get through at all by phone. The poor excuse is call volumes when its just incompetence. The doctors were good the staff poor.

Always seemed unusually efficient in comparison with your general gp clinic.
Help always attentive to one’s personal
needs. Get into it, chief.

Wish i can zero.rude receptionist and doctor.they dont even bother to tell you that your appointment has been canceled.please dont go there if you have any serious type of health concern.

Was really impressed with Dr. Suska Schoeman. She was friendly and professional, and genuinely concerned about my health.

She let me know my options for treatment so I could make an educated decision, and she was quick and efficient with the procedure.

Just in case anyone is concerned about timeliness, she was a little late for the appointment; but the receptionist already prepared me for this over the phone so I didn’t mind.

Dr. Suska Schoeman is an amazing professional, have a time for me and my family when we are sick an is a kind person. We are following her wherever she is working!

A lot of the doctors working here don't take their clients very seriously. Would avoid at all costs

I clearly need antibiotics but was thrown a medical certificate instead. Not thorough at all, just wanted to get me out of there. Terrible GP.

Dr Fu is a disgraceful doctor. She was rude and disrespectful to me. She was unable to explain my medical condition to me. She sent me out to do a test telling me it was covered by medicare when it was not actually covered by medicare, costing $170. When I went in for the test, I discovered that my doctor didn't ask me about important details that were needed for the test. So i wasted an entire day travelling and waiting for a specialist to find out I am not eligible to complete the test. This is something that doctor Fu shouldve known.

Minimum 40 minute wait every time, just for them to hardly even examine you. Do not go to this place

If there is a no star I would give a no star literally waited for over an hour I arrived at 9am don’t get seen till 10.03am for like 2 minutes I’m not even kidding I’m out the door by 10.05am doesn’t even give what I ask for just a simple prescription. Guys don’t waste your precious time here just walk down the street to Allegiance Medical Centre dr Poonam is 100x better arg, he wanted to see me back in a month time in my mind I’m like fat hope!

I have to give minimum 1 star apparently, deserves 0. Worst waiting times ever, consistently. Constantly churning through staff so no doctor can get to know you. Doctors don't care about anyone, show no compassion. Went in with a cold asking for some symptom relief, got told "nothing i can give you, you'll be good in 5 days".

This business is only useful to obtain medical certificates at the cost of a very very long wait, don't bother coming here for medical attention.

Reception excellent. Got an appointment straight away. Dr Laurence Elder was fantastic, great listener, good at explaining information and good bedside manner (rare these days). Will now be my local GP.

Horrible horrible long wait and delayed. Poor management and just let the patient wait to become a stone

I have seen Dr Morjgan Tavanaei myself, and my son had cause to see her today. Both times I was grateful to be seen on a Sunday. The doctor was thorough, and I would be confident to see her for an issue I was concerned about. The reception staff are also helpful and friendly.

Worst doctors.
When do you get told "oh sorry time is up you will have to come back tomorrow to get a referral"?
Useless doc doesn't take long to write a referral and coming from someone who receives you late and unable to find her name on the computer.
Just could not believe it!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Very knowledgeable Doctors and nurses. The reception staff always have a smile on their face. I always feel like valued patient, never rushed. Keep up the good work guys:)

Doctors and reception staff, (specially Sophie) are very good, i have been going to the clinic for last 9 years, Sophie has always gone beyond the call of duty to help the patients, doctors have always been more than happy to accommodate me and my family. Definitely 5 star rating for everybody there.
