Usually exceptional, however today my GP was off sick, so I was called to let me know another doctor would be available at the same time if I desired. I confirmed, but when I arrived at the clinic, I was told my appointment had been scheduled for two hours prior.

While I was luckily able to get an appointment with a doctor who happened to have an availability at that time, the doctor was not comfortable assisting me with what I had gone in for, ultimately having me driven two hours return trip for something I would have otherwise done via telehealth.

Convenient location and on time appointments for vaccinations. Was also happy to have the care of Dr Jaipal today - clear and professional. Consultation times are a standard 10mins here.

New patient - process was quick & easy, receptionist & doctor was friendly, waited no more than 5 mins. Very convenient too as it was in a shopping centre… 5 stars!

Had my 2nd visit there today & a special mention to Helen - thank you for caring about my daughter’s condition & calling back when there was a cancellation. Very much appreciated!

Dr Pallavi Prathivadi is an excellent, thorough, capable & caring doctor, whom I trust with all of my medical issues. The other doctors are good too. The nurses explain what they're doing & are also good. Ann & the receptionists are always courteous, patient & obliging. James (Clinical Labs) is the only person I trust with taking blood from me (as my veins are hard to find).

The team provide amazing care. They never rush you, they are knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to investigate each concern fully. I'm very grateful I found them, it has been years since I have experienced this kind of quality care.

This medical clinic has to be one of the most efficient in Melbourne. Went there today at 9.30 am to make a Covid enquiry. A very friendly professional receptionist with no fuss made an appointment at 10.10am for a nurse to attend to me. Arrived at the appointed time as was seen 5 minutes later and again friendly professional service provided answering all questions.

Receptionist was helpful. Dr. Johnson was very professional and nice, explained everything patiently. Amazing service.

Very helpful staff, I walked in to make an appointment for my 5th covid jab, and was able to have it 40 minutes later. I've had no side effects and I'm very happy with the service

Wonderful staff all around from the front to the doctors and nurses. We are so happy with how understanding they can be as well and always extremely helpful.

Really caring Doctors here. Felt very looked after.and a shout out to the nurses working in the treatment room, they had to deal with me after I had a bad morning and they were so kind and understanding. I left feeling much better after my treatment than when I arrived.thank you so much.

Extremely friendly Medical Centre. G. P.was very understanding and attentive. A great listener. Receptionists were so lovely. Did not have to wait long and Chemist was directly next door.

Excellent medical practice - all service provisions available in the one place. All staff, Doctors, Nurses and Allied Staff are fantastic. Special mention for Dr Helen Hsu - very compassionate and genuinely cares about her patients. Always makes you feel comfortable. I can highly recommend this practice. Have being coming here for more than 6 years.

Dr. Pallavi is superb. Always listens to my concerns and treats me with respect. Super knowledgeable and makes me a partner in my healthcare experience.

The nurses are also super knowledgeable and kind, and make you feel at ease.

One star off only because sometimes it can be hard to get reception staff's attention and I think it's always good to have room for improvement.

The receptionists sigh, very impatient and get annoyed when you ask any questions/doubts/clarifications. Happened to me many times and off late an occurrence was at morning 9.05 am just 5 minutes after the clinic opened and already impatient when asked a question. Kind request is to treat patients with courtesy and perform the primary duty clarifying questions with some patience!

The doctors are extremely professional and punctual in this Medical Clinic. Medication given was carefully explained and analysis the condition too.
The doctors and staff are friendly and helpful that I feel at ease.

I can only review the vaccine rollout from this clinic. It was Fast and easy to book Booster shots. I did this on my phone through hotdoc.com.au. The staff were very accommodating when we were late and even then we still got through in 10 mins after arrival.
