Decent collection and very good prices. The store manager is lovely and most of the counter staff are good too.

Surprisingly good compared to the other Op Shops on Chapel St, but don't get too excited. For some reason they jumped on the 'Vintage-Boutique' bandwagon and sorted anything slightly good onto seperate racks. Even children's clothes have there own 'Boutique' section, most of it's just plain average & overpriced so I no longer look. On a good note they have lifted their game over the last year and it's no longer a dusty, Hobbit, book haven.we'll not entirely.

Really friendly staff. The selection wasn't amazing. BUT I did find some pretty cool stuff at a fair price and really, that's what an op shop should be about:)

The contents was the shop was great, filled with bright and beautiful items to buy and explore. However what RUINED the experience for my sister and I, was the ugly and foul manner we were treated with by the cashier elderly lady. Not only did she ridicule in a loud and inconsiderate manner the price mistake that my sister made, but when asked to have a plastic bag to put the purchased boots in, she replied in a strong tone 'NO.but we do if u buy one for 50c'. Really? You expect people to buy clothes and other objects without providing any bags? This is disgusting customer service. There is no place for language and behaviour that belittles people.

My favorite op shop on Chapel street, price was very reasonable and stuff were helpful and friendly. They even showed the head pieces upstairs in the storage upon my request.
