7Mostly wonderful experiences, not everyone has a willing heart, not all staff are willing to even point to the direction when enquired, no time to let you finish the sentence. Heard a loud retort, "Maggie, get back to your room! " That's not nice.
My mother has not been able to have a shower for 5 days now due to No hot water. Ok, so things do break down, but what l find totally disgusting is that never ever have the poor residents of the falicity been kept updated on how
and when it will be fixed, and what they're doing to address the problem in the meantime. Just sad, totally unprofessional & uncaring.
Elstoft House. What can I say the staff of house 3 have gone above and beyond with keeping my dad comfortable in his last moments to the support for my Mum, my family, Stephen and I throughout the day it was nothing but the best of care for us all and I thank each and everyone of you for all the support you gave us. I want to talk to my grandmother today the 17th of March 2021 but apparently they only have 1 phone and cannot let me talk to her this is so appaling for a nursing home
Have there own car park but the workers seem to park right out the front of driveways or up on the nature strip. Bit rude
We have been visiting for years now. Have heard positive reports from the residents and met many friendly and caring staff.
