Mecwacare is the worst organisation that I have been with. My service is consistently canceled, and the organisation is eager to take your money out of your bank account straight away. However, they are not so eager to pay back the money that’s owed to you. I have to wait until the end of the month to get my money back. That’s a 3 week delay, plus another week for them to finalise the account. This organisation is disgraceful.

Typical small-medium company that mistreats staff, constant changes and downsizing to cut costs. Once was told by manager "If I don't take on additional tasks, plenty of others can replace you" despite many years of service.
