Thank you Shanam for the best customer service and showing me the products that really worth the price and that actually works. She was so kind and listened to all my concerns and about my mental health and how it affected my skin. I started using retinol because of her. She explained to me what it is, how to and when to use it. I bought it about a month ago and my skin never looked better than this. I’m so much more confident with how my face look. I can go out without a mask now. My skin is thanking you. Much love ️

I came into Mecca and was assisted by the most amazing sales person Amy, she was extremely helpful and just a pleasure to speak to.

Went into Mecca Maxima late this evening, and the store was quite busy so I did have to walk around a bit to find someone to help me. The girl who helped me find what I was looking for was absolutely amazing, found a suitable foundation with the correct shade almost straight away. Definitely will be a returning customer!

Learnt some valuable skills from Grace and Sabrina at the Complimentary Workshop on Saturday! For a complimentary workshop during our shopping experience both girls taught with passion and skill. Would definitely go again!

Worst Mecca store I have been to. The manager and the staffs were so rude and gave a bit of attitude when I asked if they had any other stock for the New Year translucent powder. I didn't mind if they didn't have it or not because there was one box on display and I was ok with purchasing it but then they reject my myer staff card because it was a special promotion? The manager showed no empathy towards me and just straight up told me ' no'. I then walked into the city store at myer and they were much nicer and offered me the discount 15% with no trouble whatsoever.

Worst mecca store I have been to. Lets me elaborate. Issues I had with this store within 2 visits: staffs were rude, had some attitudes, refused to test a product because she could not stand the coconut smell (?). Moreover, when I returned a product, I mentioned that I have not open it, there was this one girl (staff) gave me a judging eyes, smirk and said nothing, she then opened the jar and started examining like I was giving her a fault statement. Unbelievable.

I do agree with the customer below: Mecca in Myer Melbourne has much better customer service and staffs there are more friendly.

Great range of products. Rachel was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable of all the products and their benefits. Very impressive service and there should be more like her! Well done!

Lots of cosmetics and perfumes to choose from. Pleasant friendly helpful knowledgeable staff. Music is a bit too loud though and everything is very very brightly lit up. A bit of a sensory overload.

Hey I had the absolute worst experience at your store at Chadstone! I purchased a perfume that I was excited to use. I got home opened the product to find it empty, it had been leaking for ages from the bottle and through the box not to mention it cost me so much money! Went to one of your stores to get a replacement only to get told that they didn’t have the product and I had to walk to two different stores, while I lost time from my work break! The lady at the entrance was dismissive towards me! And when i finally got to the till the girl serving me was practically inept and had no clue what she was doing, not to mention she laughed at me when I said I wanted a refund or replacement. She asked me multiple times what I wanted to do after I had just explained why I had come to the store and I had also given her my damaged purchase with the receipt? I’m so disappointed and fustrated with my experience that I received from your staff members as well as the quality of your products. She kept on asking me if I wanted a replacement bag when you could clearly see it was damaged from the perfume. She gave me a tester/sample foundation in the lightest shade AND OBVIOUSLY COULD SEE that I’m of a darker skin tone which was utterly disgusting, ignorant and just offensive. I’ve been a fan of your store and now I won’t be. You should have a look at your stores as I have never had such poor customer service before. It’s an absolute joke, especially working in customer service myself! She couldn’t even take the initiative to replace my bag which she could see and feel was soggy or even open the product which made me feel inept. Disgusting is an understatement and I will not be returning.

All the girls in here look very presentable with their make up, they look like they know what they are doing when it comes to doing their own.
They also seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

Staff are fantastic here, the manager went out of her way to make an eyelash appointment for me for an event when they were booked out. I highly recommend this store for excellent customer service and advice!

I am a very regular mecca cosmetica and mecca max customer and a grade 3 beauty loop member. Today (15/08/19) I visited mecca max chadstone and was helped by James. I have been trying to find a good concealor that doesnt crack and hides my dark under eyes for AGES. Various mecca make up artists have not been able to help me until today! James was SO knowledgable about under eye concealour. He showed me exactly what to use and how to apply the products correctly to achieve my make up/under eye goals. He is brilliant. Go into this store and see him. He is also SUPER friendly and kind.:)

I have been to mecca maxima at chadstone a few times and have always found the staff very helpful, knowledgeable about makeup and friendly. I will continue to shop there!

Everything single time i go into mecca the staff are so lovely.they always check if you need assistance & have a genuine smile.today i went in as i've been struggling to get my eyebrows the way i want & two of the sweetest girls were more than willing to help.every time i leave i feel happy & accomplished.thankyou so much <3

Had an amazing experience with Holly from Mecca Maxima Chadstone. She took the time to educate me on the different primers and had an amazing personal approach!

Had a wonderful experience here, makeup service was great and staff were very helpful in suggesting products based on what I needed!
