MECCA Melbourne Airport

Just a bloke, trying to spend an ungodly amount on a present, clearly needing assistance. Unfortunately ignored for every other customer coming in after me, finally spoken to as the last person left in the store.didn't even stock the item i was after. Not as diversity-friendly/generally helpful as the Hobart store (which is absolutely awesome btw!)

Not sure why so many girls work here and yet not one person to help. Lady that I had to go up to asking for help could not even be bothered.

Visited this mecca today the customer service was awful even tho i was the only customer there no one came to ask me if i need help with anything as they were talking to each other. I asked for help from a girl named Shellby, she was extremely rude and treated me with a lot of attitude

Went in and looking for a specific product. Two staff members too busy talking to each other to offer any assistance. Left without buying anything…

I stopped in Mecca while waiting to board my flight with what I thought was an impossible challenge! I needed to find a foundation for a family member who wanted a vegan and cruelty free foundation whose current one has just been discontinued.

I was served by two absolutely beautiful employees - Tara and Alyssa who demonstrated exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to help me find a perfect foundation match using only a Facebook profile picture and an image for Google that swatched her current foundation. They were extremely accommodating for what I’m sure seems like a very odd request and the demonstrated a profound knowledge of the brands they stock to effortlessly narrow my selection down to two options and match a sample pot as precisely as possible. Their approach to this task was commendable with positive and happy attitudes that left me a satisfied customer! This was one of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time so the biggest thank you to these two employees!

The attitude of the staff really turned me off. It was such a vast difference from the staff in Mecca Melbourne Central.

I was planning on purchasing some perfumes from a brand that was only sold in this Mecca but I gave up and just ordered online. No judgement to be found there.

Anyway, love my purchases from Mecca Melbourne Central and the small box with the little goodies inside it.

My bestfriend and I had some time to kill before flying back to Adelaide today. I'm so glad we stopped in to have a look. The ladies in here were so lovely and helpful they really took their time and you could tell they really knew there stuff! I wish I'd taken more notice of their names. Honestly couldn't fault them was a great end to our Melbourne shopping trip!
