6Everyone was so sweet, it was pretty obvious that they were a bit understaffed but the service was still great none the less. Thakaso helped me out and she was just so kind and so sweet and very very helpful.
I was helped by a lovely young woman named Chantelle, she was so helpful, and she knew her products and very knowledgeable.
I diffenetly will be back and hopefully be served by Chantelle again, i will recommend to my family and friends
The girls at this mecca store are all so lovely, I think the influence of who I gather is the manager really rubs off. I have been to other mecca stores where let’s just say the service is less than friendly, but coming to this watergardens store is always a pleasure. Claudia recently helped both my mum and I choose products and colour match them, she was knowledgeable, gave good advice and was lovely to interact with. Thank you Claudia for your help:) and to the rest of the staff thank you for fostering a welcoming environment.
I keep forgetting to write a review for this. I always have a wonderful time at mecca watergardens. Fortunately, I am always running to an employee named Angel. Angel is always attentive and has really good insight into the beauty world. I always have a great experience here.
I came into today and showed the shop assistant what eyeliner I specifically wanted and she gave me the wrong one. I asked her a few times to make sure it was the right one and she said numerous times that it was. I came home and it was the wrong one. I tried to ring the store over 6 times and there was no answer. I’m really disappointed
