Mecca Cosmetica Armadale

I had the most AMAZING experience taking my daughter into Mecca Armadale a few days ago I just needed to share! My daughter is 16 and wanted to improve her skincare game as she has been breaking out recently. I have never experienced such incredible and enthusiastic service before. A young lady named Imogen served my daughter and talked her through every single brand that would be suited to her skin. Going through the price, ingredients etc.

I was BLOWN away at the service. Imogen thank you for going above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back, 5 stars!

You either get really amazing service or ignored/attitude. Hit or miss every single time I come here. You never know what you are going to get. Which is why I always ask the staff members who provide great service what days they usually work…

I visited Mecca Armadale store Yesterday (23/12/23) aiming to replace my Chantecaille lipstick. It was very impressive to receive an amazing service from the store's shop assistant -Michelle, who went above and beyond to accommodate my enquiry. Michelle's warm personality and willingness to help, has made my visit to the store special as a valued customer. Thank you Michelle!

Totally APPALLING service. They mucked up a gift voucher but then refused to fix. Armadale store said to ring customer "service". Customer "service" said to ring the store. Store "manager" refused to give her name for me to be able to make a complaint. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone get stuffed around by these people. I will be going to consumer affairs.

This store is next level amazing. The staff are wonderful, store is always clean and immaculate! I had the best experience with an amazing lady, Autumn. Such a stunner! She went above and beyond to help me out with any questions I threw her way, loads of samples for me to take home and try with my skincare routine. MECCA Armadale are so lucky to have you Autumn, you are truly wonderful!

Lovely staff. Shout out to Fin who is such a great MUA! She listens to your needs and is super attentive. Loved my transformation.

Just wanted to leave a review as I ran into the store today to replace an item and I was treated with the best customer service from every single person in the store! They were all angels and made me feel so welcome and the added compliments were so cute! They absolutely made my day, so wanted to say thank you so much:) xxx

I stopped in at the Armidale store and I was disappointed at the lack of service I received. Not one employee spoke to me. They are happy to say hello to my wife yet I was ignored. When I wanted to pay for some items I stood at the counter for several minutes. The make up artists were right behind me talking amongst themselves knowing I wanted to make a purchase but chose to do nothing. Left the store without buying anything.

Amazing experience at Mecca Armadale today. Not only did Wayne go out of his way to find an out of stock product but also gave me expert advice on various products. Thank you Wayne for being so patient friendly and knowledgeable.

Always greeted with a smile and great selection of Mecca necessities when I don’t feel like going to a Maxima. Would be even better if they started stocking Charlotte Tilbury!

Always welcomed and looked after by the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Emily at the Armadale Store was fantastic, my new fragrance (Purple Fig - Vilhelm Parfumerie) is already receiving lovely compliments! Thank you and I will always be back!

I went in to buy two products I've used before. Offered assistance at the door which was nice and thought I'd have a look around before just getting my items, big mistake, once I was ready to buy I couldn't get staff to help for the life of me. Everyones oblivious either talking to each other or rushing past. Like shopping at Myer & David Jones. Walked around trying to get attention to buy my things, stood at the counter for a while but eventually just left as I got tired of waiting. The things I wanted weren't out so unless I went rooting through drawers I literally couldn't get them. Frustrating. They wonder why everyone is shopping online? I can buy these things on cult beauty anyway. Disappointed.

Rachel was so great and helped me find every product that I needed. Will definitely ask for her expertise next time!
