Mia was absolutely fabulous. She offered alternate solutions to my every day make up routine, which I now swear by!

I was here on Saturday and was served by Mia - she was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to provide a good service.

Just had a facial. Nina recommended I try that when looking at some new skin care.
Milana did my facial. She listened to my concerns, explained all the products and made some great recommendations. Skin feels phenomenal and I will definitely be back.

Walked in feeling so overwhelmed with so many brands and choices, but was immediately impressed with the quality of support and care from the lovely ladies there. I was so excited to see how to fix my poor skin routine and bring the glow to my tired and sad skin. No longer intimidated and would recommend anyone who has ever had overwhelm before, to take a trip to Mecca in Albert Park, you won’t be disappointed!

Gave two stars because the product I wanted was sold out everywhere including their online store, only the Albert park store was showing they have it in stock. On arrival, the store was very quiet; there was only one other customer there they were serving; the store probably had about 5 or 6 staff working at the time I visited so they weren’t busy at all. I noticed the other customer was getting much better customer service compare to how they were serving me let alone the distinctive stares I got from all of the staff were as if they’ve never seen anyone like me (different race) before; the looks weren’t friendly at all like they were trying to intimidate me LOL! Pfffttt well I tell you what, I did not feel intimidated at all! PLEASE DO BETTER!

Walked into Mecca in Albert Park Village to grab a face sunblock and walked out with a new skin regime. Can highly recommend my experience there especially with one particular staff member, Charlotte. She listened and addressed my skin concerns and didn’t try to sell for the sake of selling. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Just had an express facial service done and I cannot recommend skin specialist Niamh enough. She has incredible knowledge about skin and products, ensuring I get exactly what my skin needs. The service overall was such a relaxing experience, winding down and having nice chats with the Mecca employees and managers. I’ll definitely be booking with them again!: D

I had a beauty loop makeup application that needed to be used and all of my local stores were booked out.
I opted to go to Albert Park Cosmetica for my service and I walked out feeling gorgeous and pampered.
The girls were so so lovely and my makeup looked beautiful.
Side note: I like how the store was filled with lots of natural light; usually stores aren’t.which usually means wrong color matches etc.
I was gifted a decent sized sample as well.

I worked in dermatology and asked the girls some questions they were really very helpful and very knowledgeable - good vibes in this store excellent customer service I now travel their instead of going to the Brighton Mecca store just because of the extra mile the store assistants go to even going out the back to find me a beauty box that was sold out everywhere else

I had a terrific experience here. I walked in off the street to a bustling and joyful vibe, and I was greeted immediately by staff including store manager, Nina, and a beautiful and confident beautician, Katia, who gave me a wonderful makeover.
The experience was welcoming, uplifting, insightful, and inspiring. I purchased some of the lovely products. The service was professional, impressive and delivered with a real joy.
I'm looking forward to returning for a facial and further exploration. Thank you ladies.

Better product range online and very limited dates and times to book a consultation. Mixed customer service- knowledge and attention depends on who you get.

Love the experience they give you. I had a total want lost of what i wanted and u pay 5x normal amounts so u expect quality anyway i was extremely dissapointed in the foundation product i got maybe it was an unlucky bottle i dont know.but anyhow i went in and they helped me find another one and i just paid the difference. I havnt tried it yet and i pray its better than what i had.but the rettinol is powerful powerful stuff and the creams and things are great quality. Changed the foundation and again the product was nothing like shown instore. Will never go back to buy makekp. Maybe id buy the retinol amd face creams again they were AMAZING But the rest dont waste your hard earned money

Staff are helpful however it is a smaller mecca and doesn't carry as many products as the larger city stores.

Very good service. All staff are well trained in product knowledge and natural customer service. Yes you can spend a lot of money here but they sell you what you need to look beautiful and younger. I came in for my wife but there is a considerable amount of unisex products. Not just makeup.

I could not be happier with the service and friendliness I received from this store. I was in a last minute emergency and the team went above and beyond to meet my make-up needs. I would very much go out of my way to return to this store, great customer service goes a long way towards customer loyalty.

So helpful and great job done on my make-up for a wedding. Ladies showed no judgement, that was appreciated.
