The MEA team led by Michael Wong is excellent! They have completed a mission impossible and helped my husband and I, who were granted Australian PR over 20 years ago but have left since landed for only a week or so and thought that our PR status have been lost. We have contacted 2 immigration lawyers before contacting MEA but both replied that it was impossible to get a Resident Return Visa (RRV) for departure more than 10 years.
