Stopped on way home from school. Miss 8 asked very politely for a spoon was ignored twice by owner. Only got a spoon when I spoke up. Not the first time we have encountered rude service by the owners.

I love old Aussie Milk Bars, they where fundamental to Childhood, you bought anything from, a penny worth of mixed lollies to penny bungers and all sorts of fireworks, ahhhh yes, those were the days, anyway, McMahon's reminded me of those times.
