We do not recommended this agency. Weeks of unanswered emails and a lack of interest in getting their job done. Jackie Lyons was our agent, and we were very dissatisfied with the level of service we were getting. Switched to a new agency who is proactive, and it's such a relief to not have to chase your agent down for Every. Single. Thing.

I recommend everyone to go with Ray White or Barry Plant as McLennan Real Estate is so Unprofessional, I have been renting an apartment from McLennan Real Estate, and its been more than 40 days never ever expect that, if anyone has anything to ask please email me.

Terrible services because they refused to fix anything in our 2bdrm flat. They insisted on on an inspection and no one shows up. If anyone's after a rental place, avoid McLennan RE with your life. I feel sorry for the next lot of tenants who live in our old place, because they are paying for damages that's not even their responsibilities. Again, avoid this agency if you're in need a new rental place!

Such horrible customer service been waiting a whole week for my shower to be repaired so called after hours number no one picks up seriously dissapointed

So unprofessional. We were looking to buy a house in Endeavour hills and the realtor was so flaky. He kept running around the house telling people not to open this outside door because that creates him more work. He didn’t speak to us properly and kept saying there are so many offers. Why have an open house if you don’t want any offers. I’ve never come across such ill presented realtor in my life. We decided not to even put an offer even though we loved the house because we didn’t want to deal with a crazy person.

I'm not well and since last November, I've been waiting for a replacement heater, I was told I'll have to wait until winter. It's winter and no heater. I would give 0 stars but I can't post anything unless I at least give 1 star.
I have nothing good to say about them.

Emily Armstrong is the most approachable, down to earth person and a good listener I have come across. She helped me in many ways finding suitable accommodation for me. If you are a renter / landlord, stay away from this real estate. Harvey and Kim have no clear understanding of their legal obligations as property managers, and do not respond to phone calls/ emails. They have no respect / interest in communicating with the tennants.

Having worked with McLennan for 8 years, leaving for 7 and returning for the past 2 I have to say they are a well organised, highly skilled, professional team. I would recommend any of the staff to past valued clients and future clients alike.
