I needed a couple of small pieces of custom made flashing and was pleasantly surprised when my request was happily accepted. Given the size of this company (as a large scale supplier) I would have completely understood if they had said that they only do minimum orders. Very competitive price, delivered on time and manufactured perfectly to the specifications requested. Special thanks to Michelle and Brook for the great customer service.

Terrible customer service, poor communication / responses via email and the man i spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I ended up going with another mob as i hadn't heard back from them for over a week
Very prompt with the quote and the completion of the job. They made an immediate call when some of the details needed to be hashed out and the quality of the work was outstanding. Price was good too!
Based on our reviews of the sheetmetal industry McKinna looked to be the best fit for us from a quality and cost perspective. We submitted designs for quote with McKinna and were working through a very slow process to get a final quote.
After almost 2 months we received an email,
"Sorry about the time it has taken for this quote. Based on the information you have given McKinna Sheetmetal will not be progressing with the quote. "
