3Sadly, Ian McKay retired two years ago and the quality of work and materials has gone down. Ian paid great attention to detail, and we had some wonderful timber windows from them, and 2 years later nothing like the service or finish of our windows.
I have received amazing customer service and guidance over email regarding my new front door. They were so patient with me when designing my dream front door, including making suggestions that are within budget. I would definitely use them again for custom Joinery projects.
Wonderful people and equally great work they produce. I know they no longer build kitchens but they did ours some time ago and it’s the highlight of our house. We’ve also had timber windows built by them and we couldn’t be happier.
