A real professional. I highly recommend Luke Brizzi to anyone selling a property who wants a great result! After buying through Luke, he had my townhouse out to market inside a week, and generated huge interest, with two parties submitting pre auction offers before the planned auction date. The final sale price was above the bank value for the property.
His advice was always spot on and valued. Selling a home while you’re still living there can be stressful, but Luke was always supportive. He and his team provided a professional service, and are experts in getting outcomes for vendors. Very happy to recommend.

In the day and age of agents or seem less interested in selling a home then checking out their own social media Tommasina has been a pleasure to deal with.

The online auction was fun (and run by both Tommasina and Luke - the other half of the dynamic duo) and stress free.

Tommasina was always ready to answer any queries I had and would follow up anything straight away. An easy and natural communicator who is born for the business.

If I was to have any criticisms at all is that she works too hard - even to the point that she was answering questions while away on holiday.

A big thank you to Tommasina and the team for helping me find the right home for the next chapter of my life.

Great reviews from a property sales perspective but what about their rental properties? My experience was not the best and they'd get few listings if the handled everybody this way.

Its a 'sellers market' for rentals with demand exceeding availability so it came as no surprise that there was a queue to view the Pender Street property in Thornbury. The protocol is said to be you can't submit an application unless you've viewed the property, The best candidates are then put forward to the owner to select their preferred tenant. I was promised to receive a link to submit my application however it didn't arrive. I emailed a day later asking for the link but the only email I received back was ". Thornbury is no longer available for rent, as a successful applicant has been found to move into this property. "

So why hold an open inspection if it appears a candidate was already selected? This exercise was thus a complete waste of time and effort which lead me to steer away from any rental properties listed by these professionals. Please, no generic responses to this post requesting I ring to discuss. I've moved on and am treated like an asset by my new property manager.

Great marketing campaign and final result. Michael DiVito kept me informed throughout the whole process. The communication is excellent. Always returned my calls. In a market that is currently taking a nosedive due to constant interest hikes, Michael was steadfast and true. In these challenging economic conditions I don’t think another agent would put in as much effort as Tommasina did to ensure the successful sale of our property.
