I am just sharing my experience which happen with one of your leasing managers RAJESH. We inspected one of property and and applied as well. We applied that property in the evening online and very next early morning we got an email that our rental has been rejected by the owner. He was also angry with us because we called him on his mobile but he didn’t respond then called your office and he responded, also mentioned that we shouldn’t called office about him.

Great Experience, we are international students here in Australia. We arrived here last September 27,2022. Rajesh Chaubay was our agent. And for some reason we got our new permanent rental house. They are very helpful, friendly and approachable. I hope we have a good stay there.

Extremely unprofessional property management team with zero communication or organisation skills! Caused my family a lot of unnecessary stress. Megan P was extremely hard to contact and didn’t reply to emails regarding our bond return issue. We would call reception at the beginning of each week for an update, only to be told Megan would call us back, but she never did. It felt like we were being ignored. I will never recommend renting a property managed by Mcgrath.

Rude and dismissive. I rang to enquire about a property to rent and couldn't get passed Ash the receptionist to speak with the property manager. I stated that I wished to speak to the property manager to put in an offer for a property above the listed price. I was abruptly told that the property was under off so I couldn't. So for a landlord, which I am, I would not use them, they are not acting in the best interest of the landlord. I am sure the landlord would like to see a number of offers especially if prospective a prospective tenant is willing to offer more per week.

Just started with McGrath and have been dazzled by the amazing and exceptional customer service offered by all their team, with an especial shout out to Ash who went above and beyond to solve our query today and ease our concerns.

We found Aisha Coe, realtor at McGrath to be an amazing young woman. Dynamic, genuine, thoughtful, sensitive and showed an amazing ability to think outside the square when seeking buy/sell results for us. Aisha does what she says, is incredibly transparent honest and ethical. Aisha went way above and beyond her role and our expectations during both our campaigns. Our family have used her twice now having been recommended by friends. She has become a dear and loyal friend and we can’t imagine going anywhere else to assist in any future property transactions. We recommend Aisha to everyone we come across looking to buy or sell. Amazing!
