I have two properties currently managed by McGrath Blackburn. Previously these were managed by other agents but I wasn't happy with the level of service received. I can say that I am very pleased with the excellent customer services provided by McGrath Blackburn, especially from Danielle Bone & Sarah Michael, for these properties. They keep me regularly informed, without prompting, or chasing up, on matters regarding tenancy, repairs and regularly inspections. They respond to my queries and make recommendations to fix any issues arising from maintenance. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for rental management.

Danielle Bone has been managing our investment properties since April 2017. I have been happy with her professional services provided. She regularly inspects these properties and invites me for the inspections. Her finding reports are sent promptly to me each time and any issues or problems identified are followed up to satisfactory completion. She is friendly, customer focused, very responsive to queries and issues, and trust worthy for ensuring any work is carried out completely.
