2 Over promise, under deliver. After service care is nil. They don't give a flying frogs mouth about anyone once they have their money,
Pre paid in full on the agreement that it would take 4 weeks for delivery.took 6. Flyscreens are next to useless. Ring to find out why. Oh yeah, we missed a part that was supposed to go with the order. We will try and get someone out soon. 2 weeks later, heard nothing. Service booked for today from a week and a half ago. Once again, no one shows up, hear nothing from this god awful place. I ring and am told we can't get there today.
Clearly they have no respect for anyone.
Find someone else who will give you the after sales care or someone who will do the job properly the first time.
Extremely happy with their advice, service and product. The windows and stacker door have completely transformed our home!
