McDonald's Yarraville II

Ordered through door dash and it took them an hour to say they couldn't fulfil my order as they were out of nuggets.

Worst Maccas in Australia. Replaced my stone cold chips with stone cold chips, because they 'forgot' to replace them not even a sorry on either occasion of their stuff up. Had to go up and ask for them! Absolute shambles, was not even busy. How average.

Ordered a meal for the family for a delivery, didn’t get one of the item’s. Had to jump through many hoops just to get a refund on the item (which I still haven't received) - they make it difficult. They told us to come in to get the burger, because they couldn’t make another delivery. Now I have a hungry and upset child. Ridiculous.

Two months ago I watched a manager be rude to a non english speaking woman. She was old and couldn't hear him or understand him very well and he was incredibly impatient and rude even rolling his eyes as she turned around. (this man has a British accent, short black hair and blue eyes. Don't know his name)
Today I saw a person who I think is the manager drop the tool he was using to pick out hash browns from under the heat lamps and go straight back to using it. The floor is filthy right now.

This McDonald's is usually great but it's just a few times that have left a bad taste in my mouth.

Don’t know about the atmosphere but the drive thru, twice in one day, was the SLOWEST EVER! Sat in one spot in line for over 10 mins, people at the order speaker were there for a full 10 mins … TWICE! Don’t visit this Maccas if you’re in a hurry!

The young boy manager in here is serving customers with his terrible serivce and his ashamed manners!

I felt at one stage that I was somehow invisible, I was eventually served by a very friendly and helpful young lady

Staff at this store don't read dockets.
What's the point of order food without item's and having it clearly printed on the docket if the staff aren't bothered to take any notice of it.
When brought to their attention to fix it, and they still don't get it correct then mention it to the Manager and he shrugged it off.

Do yourself a favour.
Drive an extra 5 minutes to Miller's Rd.
Much better, the staff care.

Ordered on the App and picked it up.
Everything was there - been here before and stuff was missed. Kids were happy. I was also happy because of that.

I never like to do negative reviews. However the last 5 times we have been to maccas (We like to treat the kids to a happy meal on Friday nights. Well, they can pick the take outthey want.) They love getting happy meals. Although, Always seems to be something missing from the order when we order from Uber eats and drive through. The staff are friendly but I would highly recommend the manager needs to train the staff to check orders before sending out. Now I have to deal with a melt down from children who were looking forward to their sundaes.

Overall, it's good. No real issues. It's be nice if the drive through had a less congested entrance, but it's honestly out of their hands

One of the better McDonald's I've been too. Food is always hot and fresh, and I greatly enjoyed their coffee!

Don't really eat maccas that much but when I do it's always good.
Food was made fresh and service was swift considering there was a lunch rush.

I ordered a cheeseburger without pickled &

then i got a big mac with 3 pickled on the side,
should be switched from cheeseburger

and the service was not good as well

i’ve been to thousands of maccas here’s the only one with this kind of service.

After a recent night visit (30/12/2021), I noticed a large amount of water on the floor, when another customer reported the issue, a team member did not clean it up, instead he placed a sign nearby but not over where the water actually was.

This is a complete health and safety issue and McDonald's has breached that by not cleaning up a hazard when it was brought to their attention, a sign does not clear the merchant of a lawsuit if someone does slip.

Shame on this restaurant to allow a hazard to continue while they focus on non-safety related task.

I went to go get a burger and I found a rat in my burger and told the staff but wouldn’t give me a refund. The staff kept staring at me when I was eating and it was really creepy.

Pretty decent McDonald’s. Clean, good access, good and quick service, good food, etc.not too much to say about McDonald’s other than the fact that there’s nothing to complain about.

Just like every other one except this one was a little bit more on the ball with freshness of their food.

I tasted my food and it was cold. I was disappointed. I think I was served by Francis. Mediocre!

I buy coffee at this store most days I get an extra shot as I like a good strong coffee over the last few months they have got considerably worse it's allways been average but lately I get a cup of discoloured milk at 480 a cup am I wrong to expect something half decent I guess not
