McDonald's Wodonga Homemaker Centre

I visited your Victoria Street parade store today and upon walking in noticed that the store was dirty and stank.

We went to use the female bathroom and the seat had been ripped off and laying next to the toilet.

We then decided to try the disabled toilet but that was covered in faeces.

When I went to the counter to let staff know, the young lady told me it was the end of her shift and couldn't help, she then got the manager.

The manager seemed overwhelmed and said he'd get someone to check but offered no apology.

As someone who has worked in the food handling industry I found the whole experience to be alarming, so much so that I left without purchasing food as if the state of the store is a reflection on how your staff handles food, I am deeply concerned!

The KFC down the road was much more pleasant, clean facilities and great customer service!

Terrible place for menulog drivers. No acknowledgement and super slow. Not fair that drivers cop the abuse for the restaurant's lack of speed in their role to fulfill a customer's order

Not up to the usual standard, dirty tables, cigarette butts between the seat cushions etc, not a pleasant experience.

Bloody excellent! Hardly any waittime, She's generally a damn good store for all clients/ customers if they put in the time to put some effort in.

Waited so long for my order (20 minutes) I had to leave to avoid being late to an appointment.

Wish i could get 30 mins of my life back because they dont understand the meaning of "fast food".

Worst fast food place ever they always get the order wrong every time i go there every Thursday night for a year and they have not gotten a single order right just today i went there and they did not give the the apple pie and instead of the mc-spicy burger they gave me a angus bacon burger that was the worst made burger i have ever seen the meat patty was even under the bun

Usually good chips. Terrible wait times even if you order 1 thing you will get sent to wait. Once ordered a frozen coke and they made me wait in the bay, it’s a frozen how hard?

One loud yelling staff.woman at cafe.other staff not happy. Made soggy crossiant. Too milky double shot coffee. Noisey No automatic entrance/exit door so have to touch handle. No handsantizer at entry/exit area.

I would go there on a regular basis, and I would talk at a exceptable level of loudness and clearness, into the speaker and a huge number of times, be verbally, mostly tone of voice assaulted and told to repeat my self, the people at the booth wern't requisite of this behaviour or at the food take port, although a couple times, they would turn my cap and bacon egg into a meal deal that wasn't wanted but at times that was dealt with the last time I attended the male attendy at the coffee drive through booth pulled a statistic face at me opening his eyes wide open and emitted intimidation but was not understood in connection to definitionin.

Amazing drive-thru coffee - the very best I had received from a McDonald’s and comparable to the best cafes in Albury/Wodonga! I think the barista’s name was ‘Sarah’ and her service as well as her coffee was second to none! Way to go McDonald’s!

Tallangatta bakery packed try this place fish chips hamburgers pizzas the locals already know where to go, best chips for 50km

It's maccas.how hard can it be? We had to go back to the counter for wrong order 5 times! Once we just got a bottom bun in a box and nothing else! We go here regularly, (Thursday nights) and I can't tell you a single time they have got the order correct.

Had to wait in wait bay then given our order drove home opened the bag, everything given else there except we were minus the burger. Complaint submitted pleasant manager answered but no resolution possible that was ideal in my view other than driving back to the store, no refund possible unless I drive back to the store. In future I will open the bag and check all items have been provided. Lesson learnt.

The service these guys give us here is bloody brilliant. I am a beverage who has difficulty walking and these guys go out of their way to help.

Didn't have what I wanted but was recommended something else and it was very nice. Will have it again. Fast friendly service.

My last 3 visits as follows…
6am a few weeks ago, ordered 3 hamburgers without ketchup, tickets on burgers even had that, all 3 loaded with sauce!

A week ago, Grill out of order, ok it happens…

Today, I tried to order 3 hamburgers, to be told we don’t do hamburgers this time of day… how about a quarter pounder? No.
Then what are 3 cheeseburgers without cheese?
We can’t do hamburgers.

Yeah that is my last visit there, ever!

They forgot part of our order and were a bit pushy about a substitution when something wasn't available.
