It was disappointing, very disappointing.it wasn't busy at all yet people were waiting a long time to get their order! The girls serving were just too busy talking to each other! The only one who was working at all (slowly) was the manager with the long braided hair (African young lady she was) A customer commitment on her way " this store is the worst one yet "! I yelled out, "i understand what you're saying. " she was not happy. THE STORE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISSCUSSTING, DIRTY TABLES, RUBBISH ON THE FLOOR, THE BINS OUTSIDE EVERY SINGLE ONE, AND I MEAN EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS OVER FLOWING WITH RUBBISH TO THE MAX.you can tell thay haven't been emptied all day.it regally was the worst store i have been in, and i love maccas for 40yrs.and to top it off, my coffee was cold.very bad.disappointing.

Love this place. Order food here regularly. The only l critique I have is the serving of sauces for nuggets. I asked for Big Mac sauce and received enough for one nugget out of 20z.

Shameful, the service and the tidiness of the amenities available is disgusting.

For somewhere many drivers stop at frequently, this facility should be in MUCH better condition.

Staff are incredibley disorganised and almost just downright lazy. Many of the front of house workerd stand around not doing anything. Orders often take 2-3x longer here than they should, it's just incredibely inefficient

Wow simply amazing. I stopped at 2am for a meal. And the fries were fresh, well salted and the burger looked like it was from the tv ads. I appreciate the care taken by the staff even at this hour.

The careless and unenthusiastic staff working tonight forgot to give our two raspberry and custard apple pies. When we came back around via drive thru to request them, they refused to give our pies until they could find our order on the system to confirm we were not lying about ordering pies. After 5 minutes of searching their system (while other cars waited behind us) they were unable to find our order (even though we gave the exact time and showed them a bank transaction and I had a McDonald’s bag sitting on my lap) and ultimately refused to give us our pies. Unbelievably stingy and poorly trained employees work here so do yourself a favour and go get maccas elsewhere.

Service was quick, friendly staff, clean tables
But the female toilets were not clean, water on the floor everywhere, toilet bowls stained and dirty.

You can always rely on MacD to tempt you with something more than they are ever capable of realising.namely, food

Disappointed couldn't order in app a latte as mc Cafe was closed. Wasn't late, just after 5.30pm. So didn't bother staying.

McDonald's wasn't opened for a cheap slop in a bun. It was opened to offer a FAST, cheap and good Burger meal which is how Macca's became so huge like Hungry Jacks/Burger King
Management in 99% of these store are lazy and filthy! Have no pride in their Position and more often than not the Customer is served slop in a bun (whatever slop stays in the bun that is)

Triple cheese burger patties a little dry and chips on the colder side but not the worst I've had

Never have anything available, no Coke No Sugar, no McFlurry's. To top it off most of the staff are rude and/or useless at their job.

Very poor service, felt like they couldn't care less we were standing there waiting, more interested in talking amongst themselves about the weekend, should have just got drive through and I wouldn't have noticed.

The Women's toilet is disgusting. There should be a staff member responsible for cleanliness and tidiness all through the day.

Chaos! Terrible service for food. Cafe girl was way better & on her on smashing out orders! Best HOT chocolates

Macca's is Macca's, I don't do bad reviews, one man's experience is not a universal experience, so this is an observation only, I haven't had a thickshake or icecream in any form for a long time they have cleaned the icecream contraption

Doors close around 10/10: 30pm and no access to the toilets unless someone lets you in on their way out.

The coffee was the worst I've ever had at a McDonald's.watery, tasteless and same price as an upmarket cafe. My husband's was exactly the same.

It was a disgrace. Rubbish overflowing from every bin. Rubbish left on tables. Toasted ham and cheese sandwich which hardly saw the toaster and was very dry.
