McDonald's Wendouree

Enormous waits and very poor service. Many older people trying to order at the desk were ignored despite lots of staff.

I don’t know how many times wendouree gets an order wrong so many times, it would have to be the worst in the country, other sites put y’all to shame

The guys I catch up with every few weeks make the 'Atmosphere' lovingly hilarious The staff do their best to put up with the cheeky jokes Nice, but cheeky! Thanks guys

UPDATE: 22nd June 2023 - The young (and mature) staff have to put up with a lot of 'Customers' who sometimes say more than they should. So, let us ALL go back to the Second Year of 'COVID' 2021 (remember the flowers?), where both the staff and owners made a big effort for all to feel 'less stressed' and take a break by going down to 'Macca's' for a Coffee or whatever Kindness to all is respect, a statement for a few people who need to take the words in, logically.

People taking order at window were sassy in a bad way. And every time I order bacon in my burgers for extra money they do not add it. This mc d isn't on the apps for feedback.

Food was cold, buns were dry. Order was not correct and very slow to be delivered. Very poor customer service, staff ignored people at the counter. Drive through seems to be priority of business structure and customer service at the front counter is being pushed to the app or self-service via the device.

Ordered delivery. How it could take 99 minutes to send 3 burgers less than a kilometre is beyond understanding. Food arrived cold, fries were soggy. Never again.

OK the stars are for the staff, cleanliness, Covid adherence and procedure's.
Unfortunately I suffered stomach pain and bloating for the following 4 or so hours. I am not saying the food was off, those I was with had no such symptoms.
There is a reason I haven't eaten at Macca's for a long time (other than their awesome toasted sandwiches). It just took me until last night to remember it.
Macca's burgers and chips don't like me. Shame really, or maybe it's just my body saying eat healthy sunshine.

Waiting 15 minutes in carpark after ordering drive thru. They don't match waiting cars to waiting orders. Had to reorder food at counter already had the drinks. Very disorganised store.

This McDonalds has superb and reliable customer service, however, the quality of the food depends on the time of day. Mornings are always great for coffee, not so much afternoons. I recommend this McDonalds over others (generally for reliability, and continuous quality of food).

Although it was very busy, the service was great and the restaurant was clean! This McDonalds should be the set standard for a few other McDonalds restaurants I have visited lately. %100 better than most. If you feel like McDonalds this is the one to go to

Of all the McDonald's in Ballarat, this is the one that will consistently get your order wrong and end up being a wait time of 10+ mins. You're better off driving to Sturt St if you've got the time

Absolutely zero customer service, I give ZERO star if I could.
I went today 20 June around 1pm, to this branch for "cone ice cream". After placing order, roughly 15 minute I stayed in front of counter, it wasn't a busy day at all, opposite too quite. No ones cares.
I told the lady in the counter that it takes so long, after 5 minute she prepared ice cream, instead passing it to me she took them on the back for 2 more minute! I mean why she didn't just hand it to me.
Finally no explain for delay, no apology,
Never ever go to this branch any more, don't recommend it

I went through the drive-thru it took 10 minutes to get a cone and frozen Coke pretty bad service!

Not happy with the service. Got my order wrong and would not offer to fix it. Said I could drive back through the drive through. Totally unsuitable

It's very hard to give a positive review when every time i have been there there has been a problem

Very disappointed in the little respect your staff member had this morning. Looked like a young adult to me, but had the disrespect and audacity of a child. “Her coffee is done, let's see how long it will take her to realise lol, ” she said loud enough to her co-worker, who thankfully came up and told me it was ready.

So much respect to the individual who didn't follow her rude team members approach. Keep up the good work.

Beautiful day dropped in for a wrap stuck to the paper.
The music (loud) made it hard to have a conversation.
Haven't been for years looks nice was disappointed.

Service good.staff very helpful. MUSIC MUCH TO LOUD. COULDNT TURN IT DOWN. NOT EVERYONE ARE TEENAGERS. MORE MATURE PEOPLE FREQUENT THE STORE WITH MEDICAL ISSUES AND YOU CANT HEAR ACROSS THE TABLE TO TALK

The most disappointing thing was finding out the playground is closed for staff use. One staff member decided to tell us it was due to covid but there's no restrictions at present so this is a lie.
The positive is the food was hot and the service was good too.

Rude bad service. I ordered sat with table number waited 10 minutes went back to ask where my order was was told it was just getting made, half was sitting in a bag. Half was cold, took it back and the workers were making jokes about me right in front of me. Discusting behavior! Bad food terrible staff
