McDonald's Waverely Gardens II

Thank you to Mia and the team for The excellent service we get almost every Sunday. This is my daughters favorite McDonald's.

Got served a rock hard Big Mac bun with brown decayed lettuce. Who in their right mind would eat this? Certainly not me! I returned it and the management gave me no apologies just a mean face. If you want to get sick pay these guys a visit. Gross and disgusting behaviour.

Current review has dropped from 5 stars to one. Hamburger tastes like seasoned cardboard paper, fries are floppy and no salt or seasoning. The coffee is watered down. This is my last six or more experiences. Nuggets often stale or left way too long before serving. Quality has dropped. Price has risen. I’ll go to a different maccas next time. Service is good and poor attendants working alone at either drive through or counter rushing to make orders available. Need more workers to ease the load.

Below is my past review: Very speedy customer service, orders were correct every time I've been. Chips a bit salty on a few occasions but at least it was not soggy. The meat patty in the cheese burger and hamburgers tend to be a tad dry like I'm eating cardboard with a hint of beef flavour and msg. Always get sucked in by those special offers on the app. Drive through is fast and efficient. So far the service has been great.

Good location at the shopping centre with a small kids playground nearby as well as Big W for the adults. Haven't had to wait too long for orders here (inside) even though they get busy. Love that they have a drive-thru option at this outlet although wait times here are a tad longer. Have always had fresh items here and I've been lucky with them giving lots of sauce in the little tubs.

Disgusting crew. Crew member with the blue hair proceeded to scratch her sweaty scalp at the front counter, and continue to serve food without washing her hands.

Was Served again by a young lady Alicia Rech and I’ve had the same experience as my last. She was very polite and greeted my with a great smile. I will definitely be back as the customer service is at its best.

There toilets are always dirty, They never serve you with a SMILE It is if they don't want to be there. When I worked in a shop, it was service with a SMILE.

Mark and His assistant did a great job - carpets are clean, stains gone and the whole place smells great!

McDonald's is easy to access inside the shopping centre, I have never had problems with them, the best McDonald's I have ever been to, the employees are very efficient and are super kind to everyone, the food is always presentable and very tasty even if Macca's is considered junk food, all I can say is thank you.

It's a Maccas with a serving area facing the shopping centre and a drive-through outside as well. The food and service are exactly what you expect for McDonald’s. The drive-through area is space-limited so you can get stuck behind cars waiting for orders if they don't pull over close to the kerb so don't go there in a hurry.

Came through drive though, the girl on headset would not get our order right.told her multiple times we have 2 orders and continues not to take our order, couple moments of silence later was told to drive through… asked for a water with the meal but kept putting it as a side?
At the window, the girl would go confirm our order but would walk away each time we spoke, just so rude. Asked for mc chicken sauce in the burger and no pickles, and got no onions and sauce on the side… but shout out to the manager for coming over and taking over the girl on window.

Order was right and just unfortunately the tissue was under the burgers and chips which was impressed for us as we had oil on them so couldn't use it

The boys enjoy going to this McDonald's. The food is always hot and fresh! The staff is courteous and gets your order out very quickly.

Frappes and desserts are always available whenever i come here - which is rare for most maccas locations
Hope they are open late or 24/7 though!

Hi had a Burger to day and it was discussing it looking like road kill had to take it back

Not bad at all. Food comes very quickly and is priced super well, so you can’t expect too much. Tastes the same as all other Maccas, everything is put together in a rush but it’s pretty good. My favourite would have to be the Chicken & Cheese, or their Big Mac.

The worst maccas in Melbourne.bought 2 cheese and tomato toasties at 4 dollars each.they had no tomato and very little cheese.done in sandwich press.absolutely disgusting. Threw it in the bin.be warned people check your meal before leaving.

Generally, the meals have been okay. You need to ask for freshly made fries and meals as sometimes they are lukewarm, obviously been sitting for a while.

Ordered a Large Aussie Angus meal with a large hot fudge sundae only received the Aussie Angus burger with a large fries. This happened on the 17th of February so doesn't help that the machine I placed the order on was out of paper when I tried to print the receipt/docket

This is one of the worst maccas in Victoria! There frozens are always under filled, the chips are always cold and old, as well as the burgers, when they are rarely the burger you even ordered. This occurs even when they’re not busy. Absolute disgrace!
