Severly lacking in crackheads and salad was trash deadass im immortal 2 in valorant so my opinion is relevant

Classic Angus meal.
Chips, drink, perfection!
Service was nice.
No flow in this store, kitchen and layout could use some work
The Angus burger, bun was stale, and split in 2. So u couldn't pick it up.
Did u put half a tomato in it?
Lettuce was not sliced, so was rather thick.way to many gerkins.
This was a fail. TO THE COOK. DO YOU HATE FOOD / JOB THAT MUCH?
perhaps you'd do better mowing lawns.

Tables and floor is dirty, and yet u still sit down.

Kiosks were out of paper, so remember your number. Many trash cans overflowing. Dirty restrooms. There is a rule: when you wonder how clean a kitchen in a restaurant is, look at the bathrooms. I have seen worse at other McDonald's, but this should not be the measure of success.

The sandwich was dry, no sauces, dirty toilets and no electrical outlet.
However, the staff was very friendly!

This is third time I got my coke like this. It's literally a water. What a JOKE! Please do better man.

Nuggets were served cold. Ice chocolate tastes weird in spite of us requesting full cream milk. Staff are way too rude, giving us a "just eat what has been prepared" look! Not recommending to anyone at all

Absolutely disgusting McDonald’s. If you want a fresh, quick McDonald’s Meal the way it should be then I recommend Spencer St McDonald’s where it’s always good. This place isn’t clean, it’s slow, the food they serve is horrible, overcooked, greasy, stale, just gross! Poor management and staff practices. Not good enough at all. Don’t waste your money or time.

One staff in this morning 5: 45 was cleaning and serving clients grab the food in to the take away bags straight away, first see her she was using the mop to clean the floor, and when other employee go to the cafe, she start to prepare the take away food and bags without washing hands or hand sanitizer which is just on the table next the mop. And then she use broom to cleaning the floor and prepare takeaway again.

Nobody likes to eat cold Maccas! I thought there was a time limit for the burgers to sit until sold?

Busy branch near Melbourne Uni and Victoria Markets. There are nice tables outside so during summer so you can just sit outside and enjoy your food. It's right next to the markets so it can get very noisy if you're outside. Food is good.

Great food.unfortunately most empty tables had not been cleaned.food wrappers left on tables.not very good during Covid times.

1 hour to prepare 20 nuggets, 2 Hash Browns and a Sausage egg McDuffie. Delivery drivers used are poor! Only Use UberEats the other Delivery Service are slow and unreliable. Don't accept deliveey orders if it can't be delivered within 30 minutes.

Asked to use the toilet while being heavily pregnant Because nothing was open and the manager said no because he had to clean it or something or he just cleaned it. Disgusting customer service. Had to pee in a alley way was very embarrasing, the public toilets weren't open.

My big Mac & fries were freshly cooked and rather nice but a 15min wait for a Hot Apple Pie. Come on Maccas. You have been doing this long enough.

Shop only had 3 people waiting for food took 15 minutes to make my order was only 4 Berger meals.
No source on Berger's and the chips were uneatable and all went in the bin

McDonald’s in this store was so bad, I’m ordering a big meal and they give me the fries like small size, won’t do any in McDonald’s anymore

Bad experience! I ordered take away. I just realized they forgot to give me mcnugget After i going home. And their hamburger taste like unfresh.

My grandparents frequently go there to meet with a friend, who works near there, and have cofee. Ok service and staff and stuff. Amazing McCaffe range. Good self serve machines. Plenty of tables, with upstairs area. Good location, in city and near the market.

The guy in the blue shirt, his name started with H, he was very helpful and speedy with getting out the orders in the counter today.

Morning manager is an absolute cow. Waited over 10 minutes for a basic breakfast order and was told I was wrong. Despite the timestamp on my receipt. Extremely poor attitude. But was happily laughing and joking around with her staff as opposed to looking after her customers. Real poor reflection on the brand when there is so many other options around.
