Bad service. The guy making the burgers on the 31/3/21 at 11: 30am does'nt use tongs, he wasnt a kid either he was one of the managers, so this is being trained to kids because he cant be bothered using tongs, he was making egg muffins with gloves on not using tongs, then used his same gloves to grab my burger so basically had egg all over my cheese grill. I just walked out. Use tongs u bunch of
lazy muppets what is going on? This is why l never use drive through to see what these people get up to.

Always a discrepancy between what you order and what you get. The tide is definitely out on the Mcflurry! And again and again. Get your act together Maccas Golf Links Road and stop ripping off our kids!

Picked up a meal at 1115 last night. Drove out 20 plus minutes later. Son opened it and it was cold. Girl at window never spoke. Never again

Got home and realised that they had not fulfilled out full order. MIssing a Big Mac. Tried to call, but Call kept failing. Do they take the phone off the hook because they get so much stuff wrong? Very poor form on McDonalds behalf.

I've been this McDonald's quite a few times, and unfortunately, they've consistently struggled with order accuracy. More often than not, items are missing from the bag, or sometimes it feels like half the order vanishes into thin air. It's become a running joke among my friends and me.

I admit, there are nights after an exhausting day when I just want to unwind without the hassle of cooking, and that's when I reluctantly visit. However, the relaxation part never truly kicks in because, without fail, I end up back at the drive-thru because something's amiss with my order.

Mistakes happen, that's understandable, but this level of inconsistency feels a bit over the top. McDonald's has its appeal, but it's challenging to enjoy it fully when order accuracy remains a constant issue.

Guy hit on my younger sister. Stiff of the chocolate sauce and took half an hour for 4 items not even burgers would not go again

Chips were clean oil, crunchy and hot!
Drinks hot, cold drinks crushed ice yum
Burgers had delicious, generous amount of sauce.

No service at the drive thru. Sat there for ages waiting then got attitude from the cashier saying i had to go inside an order. Would of been quicker than waiting in the drive thru

Not one to leave bad reviews. But my partner and I had walked to this mcdonalds to save money on fuel. Saturday night and 24hr. Refused service (let in at all) and when we tried to get an explanation on why we weren't being served we were threatened to have the police called on us for "loitering" by far the worse service from this maccas.

1- I got different orders by mistake many times in this branch usually I try to avoid late times thats when it happened.
2- I don’t understand why catch-up is so precious at Macca’s.
3- Compensation policy are missing compared to maccas’s in USA

They say that they are open 24 hours a day ut when I went to order at 12am they didn't want to take orders and didn't want to give us an explanation. If your jot going to take orders put up and sign or turn off your lights

Under staffed and dirty environment.
I don't recommend going there at all. All the staff there were tired and drained.
Mc Cafe was dirty and no one was taking orders.

Worst McDonald's on the face of the planet.
Lived here for 18 years not once have I gotten hot fries let alone the correct order

Save your money

The most unclean McDonald's I have ever seen. 10.30am & shocking. Tables floors doors windows filthy.

Not usually one to leave reviews, but this experience was just ridiculous. Sat at the drive through monitor for over an hour. Watched 11-12 cars reverse out or jump the curb because they had been waiting so long to be served, and then after waiting even longer someone finally spoke to me to tell me they were no longer serving. Don’t waste your time going here. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.

Terrible carpark, long wait for food, overall staff attentive though some staff members need training on active listening

The way the drive thru is set up is an absolute joke, and they get your orders wrong, wouldn't recommend going there

Incredibly efficient drive-thru. I've never waited very long, even when it's very busy.
Only minus here is for parents with young kids as there is no playground.

Staff were very rude to me when I asked why they no longer serve mocha frappes. Makes no sense they serve coffee and chocolate frappes a mocha is made of the two. A simple explanation would have been nice, no need for rudeness and bad service
