McDonald's Tecoma

Bad coffee always.
Today I got my kids hotcakes and didn't receive any thing to put on them syrup or butter and no cutlery.
And there's a girl that works at the window that takes ur money who has such strong BO I have to wind all the car windows down or u get trapped in her stink thos has happened on more than 1 occasion.

Found a fly in my burger when i got home, was not bothered to return to the store but i’ll never be buying from here again

I get coffee from maccas often, and Tecoma makes one of the better coffees of the maccas in the area. It's my go to for a quick caffeine hit.

Usually pretty consistent. Have had some cold chips from here more times than not but overall not too bad.

Not sure who the manager was today but a big WELL DONE. Ordered a late lunch on a Wednesday around 4-4: 30ish. We are from the other side of Melbourne doing a day drive, and let me tell you this is the best service and greatest maccas food I’ve had in a long time. We asked for fresh for health reasons, they didn’t make us feel like it was an inconvenience (like we usually get). The food was ACTUALLY fresh and tasted amazing. And my gosh, the coffee was way better than what we get on our side. Whoever this manager is, send him down to Melton to teach them a thing or two. Thanks!

Food was wrong and wasn't wrapped properly, Manager couldn't have cared less. One of the toilets were very disgusting! Won't go back.

Either routinely understaffed or just disorganised. Went there on a Saturday night at 9.30 to get a cheeseburger meal and sundae. Was the only car there, they made my sundae as soon as they took my order, then left it on the counter while I waited 5 minutes for them to make my cheeseburger. It was soup by the time I got it.

Second time we have waited for ages for our meal at McDonald's tecoma, once through drive thru and now uber eats.we are 1 minute away from the Maccas and waited 1 hr for our order

I just picked up an order from mcdonalds and wanted to get an orange juice but they refuse to give me.they said you had picked up an order and can't order for yoursef.thats so disgusting no other macca's do that

Ordered a chicken ceaser wrap, lettuce was soft, chicken was dry and bacon tasted like it was from the day before, awful! They really need to check their meals are sent out fresh.

It, s a McDonalds, they are much of a muchness. The food rarely varies but the service at Tecoma is great due mainly to lower volume of customers. Whereas McDonalds Rosebud at the height of Christmas New Year school holidays is bedlam. You either like their food or you don't. I don't mind it a few times a year, but I am far from a regular.

Fast food is fast for a reason I dont expect amazing quality aslong as its fast.
Tecoma maccas is just that sloppy and fast, no complaints never got an order wrong, never had anything bad.
The one time I had to wait for 20 minutes they gave me a 10 buck voucher when it was my fault as I got a lunch meal early in the morning.

First Maccas in a long while after many varied experiences and our “special treat” family dinner had everything we ordered, bar the free token tumbler however there was a voucher for use on our next visit. Overall the things that mattered were there. Prompt service and apology/acknowledgment of delay.

I was in desperate need of a restroom like many of my McDonald's visits, it's a long way from Melbourne into the Yarra Valley. This tecoma store is built with a modern elevated staircase entry, nice open and clean interior, with modern bathroom fittings as well.

I ordered a wrap for the road and was not waiting longer than 5 minutes. Service with a smile, well done crew.

Great, friendly staff, clean amenities. Pity about the protesters that attend regularly about having a Macca's in Tecoma, built 6 years ago. Get a life l!

I used the Macca's app to buy a Bic Mac for. 50c. The Big Mac wasn't as big as I remember it as a kid. Bargain tho

I usually don't order for myself but drive through for kids drinks and snacks before/after sports. The times I have ordered I've missed hash browns in breakfast meals, bacon on barely warm bacon burgers, received cold fries and grainy coffee. No consistency or standards maintained. Staff should probably be trained to wait until a car has actually stopped and had time to put their window down before asking for an order, and also appreciate that not everyone knows immediately what they want to order.

Very poor food quality among all macca stores. Sometimes I can't even tell what kind of burger they cooked for me. Clearly they didn't follow McDonald's food standard.
