McDonald's Stawell

Aside from the flies, noisy kids and slow serving, the breakfast was amazing. Best maccas food ever.

Busy on a Sunday. The kids running the show appeared to have no leadership and as such my order wasn't completed successfully on the first attempt. Food was hot and fresh though.

"Staff Wanted" Ads everywhere. Obvious they were needed. Rubbish bins were ALL full; toilets were dirty -unkempt. Floor in mens urinal wet with urine spills. Dirty, dirty customers & no cleaner. The hand-dryer was not working in either toilet. It was the same last time we were there. This was the last straw. Chicken burger was dry, & my Big Mac was just warm. The worst

Lack of staff caused the restaurant not to open until 11: 30am. Typical fast take away. Freshness was 5/10. Floppy, dry bun.

Standard maccas, chicken overcooked like leather, frozen cokes only half full and unfriendly serving staff. Not the best experience

Service was quick and fast. Food was hot and chips were freshly cooked. Nice and crunchy. No complaints.

Could be worse, could be much better.

Burger bun was stale (easily avoided if they just close up the bags at the end of the day - I used to work at maccas).

Was pleasantly surprised to get fresh hash browns, and exactly as many ketchups as I asked for.

Service wise, was obvious the store prioritised drive thru as a lot of stores do. Waited longer than necessary for my hash browns after my friend was already served the cheeseburger & big mac. (Note this was during breakfast menu time, not waiting to specially cook hash browns).

Paid for the large chips and received half boxes. Chips were really bad, soft and white colour!

We waited half an hour for 2 coffees and 5 muffins. This is ridiculous for a company that calls themselves fast food.

Fast drive thru and food was hot and fresh. They got our order right and we even got serviettes!

Stood there for half an hour, no service, when I said something, I got glared at and told to be patient, I will never visit again

Great service from knowledgeable staff. Told them what I felt like and they suggested menu items

Went through the Drive Thru. Staff so friendly, a positively awesome attitude can certainly make a person's day and y'all delivered! Thanks team

Went through the drive through very busy place. Had to park in the waiting bay due to it being so busy.

Don't waste your time, it's absolutely disgusting here. Worst McDonald's I've EVER been to. Took them 4 goes to get my burger right - all I wanted was extra bacon, no pickles. Rubbish everywhere and robotic staff.

Worst coffee I have ever had they didn't even have their McCafe open instead the cappuccino was made from a small coffee machine and was nothing more than a flat white.

Absolutly would not recommend this McDonald's they have very poor customer service horrific work skills or lack of should i say and constantly making stuff ups not to mention one of there managers is constantly having break downs at work in front of patrons

The urinal was blocked with TP, manager disinterested when advised.

Very disappointed extremely rude and lack of effort the food was cold and they gave us no straws.

I was told to leave after living in the car park in my van, they said i was "taking up space", thats extremely insensitive as thats what my wife said 3 weeks earlier.i miss you audrey
