This mcdonalds in shepparton is really good great service better coffee and better food would highly recommend

I ordered an ice caramalised latte on the app. After waiting for five to ten minutes on the drive through they bring a hot latte. Very poor service.

It's hit and miss. Sometimes you'll get all your order other times you'll be missing your order

Shout out to the lady working the drive through window just after midnight tonight. Greatest customer service skills!

Good customer service and for our family of 6 and some picky eaters, our food arrived hot and well put together with nothing missing, (which ALWAYS happens at our local maccas even if when it’s ordered through the app) everything arrived as ordered. One of the best maccas we’ve been to.

It was hectic, the staff did okay under the pressure. Other people were having issues with their orders.
Ours on the other hand were spot on.
Hot, fresh and well constructed.
Reasonably quick considering.

Did drive through here as we were passing through. Staff was friendly and food was "fast". The nuggets were only warm and that's saying something for 38 degree hot day. But all did taste stock standard for maccas food.

Has improved of late, but geez it'd be nice to not have to wait in park after a 5min drive thru line for a toasty that was ordered via the app. Drive thru line wait is surely long enough to cook it up when they see the order checked in.

Staff are lovely, clean atmosphere, was busy but orders are always correct, fresh and ready quickly!

It was very delicious I tried a beef burger and cheese & children burger really yumm and wonderful.

Ordered thru menuog and our meal took an hour longer than we were told. The food arrived cold and missing items. Don't understand why they don't use menulog drivers when they can't handle the orders. With young kids 8.15pm is too late to deliver un edible food

The menu screens are always broken so hard to know what the specials are or the price. Always busy and they have got my order wrong before. Not the best Maccas store in town.

This lovely gentleman named Anton was so lovely when he had to tell me about the no sugar coke being out. He and this other girl Mia were so precious. Keep up the good work! But still no no sugar so no 5 stars.

80 % of the time that I have asked for fresh chicken bites they are not I get home to find a mixed bag of old and new not happy as I always requested fresh and my son has autism and is very particular but again I've found them in the trash can because u refuse to be honest and let me wait I would prefer to wait so I know they are fresh I have explained this several times but no can't achieve. Not happy

Sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes bloody poor service and No chocolate sundays. Jam it as im tied of the poor service everytime i go there

The staff here are so friendly, but every time i come here the place is so dirty bins over full just looks like a tip, 3stars for the friendly staff,

So who doesn't love maccas right? !? But seriously Mr or Ms. CEO OF #McDonald'sAustralia please change the big Mac size back to the way it used be which was soooo much bigger.

I was half way through my burger when I found a hair in it. I had to pull it back out of my mouth. Needless to say I lost my appetite. I took the burger in and was refunded my money. My daughter had already returned one burger as it had no sauce on it only to then find a hair in hers as well. She threw the hair on the ground. I took the burger inside and the staff got the manager. He asked me what the problem was. I explained. He then told me that he had made the two burgers (mine and this one with the hair) and they were fine. I reiterated that if he would like to come out and see the hair on the ground he was more than welcome. He offered to remake the burger. I said no my daughter didn't want another one and would just have her chips. No offer of another refund.
Not impressed to be made to feel like I was lying or in the wrong for finding somebody else's hair in food I paid good money for and on more than one occasion. Obviously staff here do not adhere to strict PPE protocols when preparing food for the public.
We went to another Macca's to get the girls an ice cream just in case they were hairy as well.
