Worst service I have ever experienced. Unbearably slow ended up leaving without order as zero indication of how long it would take. Completely incompetent

I should of learnt from last time. On my way back from the city. We waited over 15 mins I the drive through. There were only 3 cars in front of us. We got to the order box, and sar there for a further 10 mins. Eventually we decided to leave. We had to move some large rubbish bins to get our car out of the the drive through line.
Do better Rockbank Maccas. It's not that hard.

We were waiting for 1 hour and try to call them for help but they just ignore us and the food is cold never come back again

Stopped in here on the way home to Ballarat after a long day and was shocked at the state of the place, absolutely disgusting.
I only ordered an Angus bacon burger and I really wish I'd taken a photo of it because it was the sloppiest burger I've ever seen, the meat patty was only half in the burger and there was so much sauce, it was awful.
I had a few bites and threw it out and thought I'd have a sundae instead but nope, I was told there's no icecream.
Are you kidding me.this place is an absolute disgrace

It's the worst McDonald's store I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it's my local.
They've had me waiting for 40 minutes once for a hot apple pie that they forgot about.

The staff always ask you to park and wait in the drive-through so they can game their metrics.

I have bought eatables for $ 10 and waited for around 1 hour in drive thru and this is not the first time. It happened with me 2 times at same place.

Horrible place.staff are so rude, only friendly one was a young man.the wait was over 40 minutes in store and when we asked politely they ignored us and walked off.food was disgusting, tried to give us drinks that had been sitting there for about 30 minutes.restaurant was dirty with rubbish every where and the state of the kitchen was horrid.this place needs to be shut down.

I was served by Achol and she give me one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I asked for a latte she give me a cold coffee and didn’t want to fix it when I asked why she said that’s what you wanted. This not the Mcdonalds standard I’m use to. I hope Achol gets new training and even a warning for that behaviour.

Waited 14 min and 30 sec for 1x medium McChicken meal.
It felt like 1 person was running the store at 8pm at night. I was the only person in drive thru.

Do all us all a fav. And close the store - never going back.

Wow just wow, walked up to counter guy picking at a girl's head, thank god I was only getting drinks no way I would ever have bought food seeing that, this store would have to be the filthiest I have ever been too.
Floors were literally black with spilt drinks and food, what a disgrace.and so early in the day.avoid no matter how hungry you are.

Unfortunately this is the only take out within 5kms of our new house. I HATE going here. Have been here four times now since we moved in July and every time we have gone through they have not only stuffed our order up but we have also had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our order to actually be made. Pull your heads in!

Hardly get my order right, and some of the staff are rude as hell, please focus on customer service and not just getting food out quick

The most uncoordinated and rude staff I have ever seen, ordered on 11Aug, after 15 minutes waiting asking how long its going to take i got rude answer and incomplete meal.

Worst experience ever the food didn't meet the quality standard as all the chips I had was cold and too crunchy. And waiting period was too much. Highly dissatisfied with the service.

Slow drive through service (which I can deal with) but drive through counter was filthy. Looking into store could see bins over flowing and floors dirty.

One of the worst mcdonalds in Melbourne. I went there 3-4 times.every single time I have to wait 20-25 minutes for food

Very very slow service in the drive through. 25 minutes to get a fillet o fish.
Staff mumble from behind the counter.

Coach staff to make use of the waiting bay.

Just sat at drive through for 25 mins. Not good enough. Perhaps need to alert drivers of long wait or use waiting bay accordingly.

I have taken the chicken meal and wasn’t cooked properly and chips were very cold and I have to put it in the bin, no professional service here and the manager tried to argue with me And no refund
No proper customer service and they are just making money from public and not sure how they getting licences to open many McDonald’s
