McDonald's Pakenham Bypass Inbound reviews
43Came here after the mcdonalds we visited before we had to leave due to the revolting state. This one was much much better!
Every sundays, for some reason their drinks is just plain water, tasted nothing like coke, and nuggets are just cold and soggy, every Sunday’s please fix it mate
Just went though the drive through. At the ordering intercom they repeated my coffee orders back to me. At the paying window the order was correct and paid. Then when i go to pick up the order they try handing me other drinks claiming it was what i ordered. And by thisbpoint the time it took to get through the drive through was ridiculous. Just drove off wasting my money as i was going to be late to my commintments due to the horrendous wait in the drive though. Think the staff need further training
Used drive through service. Didn't have to wait too long to order and receive food ordered.
The girl that served me had either been eating lemons or just having a bad day. Floor very slippery. Fries were anaemic and without salt. Burger was just yuk.
Couldn't get served, so can't really say much.
If you do get served it's probably comparable to an average McDonald's.
The food was ok but they had no hash browns at all.and this was around 10 am on Thursday morning 8/ 12. We sat at a table not realizing it was a drastic table on a cold morning when people came in the wind was right on us there was nothing to stop it, it was coming straight in from the door to our table. Sandy. P
Wrong orders in drive thru constantly. By the time you work it out your on the free way and out. So to turn around and come back is a Pain.
I suggest double checking food orders before getting out of the drive thru
Not happy, serves were overcooked, 3 piece feed was 2 wings and one other piece along with a squashed bread roll. Will not go back.
POOR SERVICE. Don't understand why they DON'T USE THE WAITING BAY during breakfast, POINTLESS HAVING IT, Prefer to just hold up everyone else in the queue. Slightly better this time.
This store has some really busy times. There are some really nice staff here. It's Macca's
Quick service but it's Maccas. Ever person that has ever visited a Maccas knows what it is and how it works. The good thing about this Maccas is that it is located at Officer and there's an Oliver's as well as a petrol station and a health food shop. Good as a quick toilet stop.
If you want to order coffee they do not store at the copy so I can you stir it up while you're driving the car
No hand sanitizers at the counters at all. While the petrol station next to them had it. You would expect a better hygiene at food outlet
Like a lot of McDonald's I never know whether they will make a nice coffee or not. They sometimes not make the coffee that I asked for correct.
One of the worst burgers I have ever had. In fact so bad I could hardly eat it. Cooks need to learn how to assemble a burger.
Efficient and friendly. Clean. Good coffee. So rare these days in Maccas. Other Maccas take note. This is the standard customers like to see.
Would have to be the worst McDonald's I've ever had. Wouldn't take my dog to the toilets to dirty even for him.
Average service, its overpriced for what you get. Big Mac's aren't what they used to be. They're getting smaller and smaller.
