McDonald's Ocean Grove

The most disgusting burger I have ever encountered. My cheese burger smelt like it was made with dirty unwashed hands. I had to throw it out. Looking at these reviews above it’s seems the norm to offer horrendous quality food. Use clean gloves guys when dealing with food managers lift your game.

10/10 for the service at drive through and the coffees I brought on the weekend. Well done team.

Says 24.7 but closes anywhere from 9 to 10pm, I finish work and always seem to find myself with closed store.

Service is horrid, they can't remember to give you things you paid for and check your burgers if you like your pickles.

One of the nicer, cleaner looking stores around. Ordered two special offer items and they actually came without any mistakes.

Definitely the worst McDonalds I have been to. The food hasn't been prepared with any care. THe staff are never polite NEVER SAY HELLO. I feel for these kids who obviously never got the right training.

Wasn't busy st the drive through but had to wait quite a while for someone to take our order. Moved through slowly to the pay window which was closed, and could tap & pay because the amount wasn't showing on the screen. Waited & waited while watching 2 staff chatting & had to toot thr horn to get the attention of the staff. Paid & collected our meal only to find when we drove off that the fries were cold and no napkins in the bag. Don't know what was going on inside, but expected better service and hot food

Went there today at 11.35am & left drive through at 11.58 only to get a stone cold meal
Chips were cold
Burger was cold
cheese burger was missing cheese?
nuggets were cold and hard.this happens everytime I visit this store, it would have to be one of the worst MacDonalds in Australia if not the world.
Always seems under staffed and undertrained, with such a idiot proof system MacDonalds have spent billions of dollars developing why can this store never seem to get it right!
The owners and managers should be ashamed of themselves for letting this store be run so poorly, all Ocean Grove locals that have had the unfortunate experience of going to this store always say the same thing.

I ordered via the app online as it said open 24hours, I went at 5am to go collect the order and there was no one in the store at all it was completely closed, why advertise both online and on the McDonald's app that it's 24hours when it's clearly not.

The restaurant is very grubby inside.lots of old French fries on the floor.the table tops were dirty.young kid washing the floor had no idea.lots of water all over the floor.coffee Luke warm

Floors filthy food scraps on walls and in corners health dept needs a called dirty tables unhelpful lazy staff its a no return from me and I only sat in for a coffee

Unfortunately I tend to visit this place to get breakfast in the morning. 8/10 times they aren’t organised Enough to be open by the time they are supposed to be open at. The drive thru will leave you waiting for ages just to get unacceptable food. This place is a disgrace.

Staff are very rude, the tables and seating areas are dirty, rubbish is everywhere.

Food service is slow and incorrect.

Called in to get the new crème brûlée pies for the kids. Got home & opened all three to find APPLE pies in the wrong packaging…. Pretty slack & disappointing!

Feel sorry for the young kids working there as there seems to be no management hustling them. It’s always such a looong wait, have waited up to 40mins before. I think everyone just goes there for pure convenience of a drive thru

Very slow, took an hour to prepare and deliver my order even tho it is 5 mins away, get more staff.

I start work at 7.am l use to buy my morning coffee every morning l work from Ocean Grove, Trading hours have changed so have my takeaway coffee purchase’s l guess so has a lot of other customers, GOOD JOB MACCA’S that’s how you look after your loyal customers. P.s watch out for the rubbish bins that are placed in the drive through!

Was here for groceries but stop by Maccas for a quick drink and snack. Long queue at drive thru and thus ordered online and collect in restaurant.

Nobody in restaurant but guess less staff on a Easter Friday and a very long queue at drive thru. Bit of a wait for 2 drive and a apple pie
But all good.

Ordered off Uber eats. Waited TWO hours for our food to be delivered for it to just be canceled. Money probably won’t be refunded for days. Get more staff on or don’t advertise delivery.

Opening hours are limited, and changeable as of Jun. ‘22. Long, long waits in the drive thru as the kids inside have a chat amongst themselves, while orders aren’t being attended to. Gave me my sundae, then made me wait ages for the rest of my order, and the sundae melted to liquid. Had a fish burger drier than the Simpson desert last time.
