McDonald's Oak Park

I'm a Hungry jacks wooper fan and tried the Big Mac after a long time. The guy at the drive inn was brilliant and patient while I fumbled with my app. The big Mac was delicious too.

This McDonald's almost never has whichever standard menu items I try to order that day. Today, as usual, they couldn't give me a coffee frappe. So I asked for an iced latte instead.which they made me choose a flavour for. What? Just coffee and cold milk please!

Also whenever Maccas does Monopoly, I never ever receive even close to the advertised number of game tickets. Today I ordered a large meal and received a single ticket. What a scam!

Anyway, I'm done. Maccas is always terrible food and often terrible service, so I'm not sure why I keep letting them predictably disappoint me every single time.

To be fair, I think the staff at this Maccas are generally pretty friendly kids who are genuinely trying, but I believe they (and in turn the customers) are being massively let down by the processes and/or management.

Great customer service, always with a smile on their face. The food is not always great, but generally very good quality.

OMG! Literally 20 minute wait in the drive-thru! At 4pm. That's not even the dinner rush. Pretty sure that is not what the drive-thru inventor had in mind when he/she invented the drive-thru concept. It was for 1 Frappe for my son, with an extra 2 drizzles of chocolate sauce which they forgot. Lucky my son was straight onto it to correct at the window. Still took a while to put in. I'm not being a drama queen- it was actually 20 minutes in a Macca's drive-thru, inching along. Only drive-thru experience longer, was a different Macca's. But they had a decent excuse-their POS card system crashed.

Only giving it a 4 star because my sweet and sour sauce has been forgotten a couple of times and I hate that

But overall a good Macca's.
Haven't had any bad or dry food from there.
Fries have always been piping hot.

Besides this being McDonald's and the food is supposed to be good, quick and easy.
This place would have to be the worst maccas I have been to I. The Northern suburbs,
Rubbish absolutely everywhere,
Obviously workers can't take 2 seconds out of there busy work day to make sure there company is clean and presentable.
I walked in and within 2 seconds I walked out I wasn't going to out my money somewhere when the place is absolutely disgusting.
I would rather drive the extra couple of minutes to broadmeadows.

McDonald's oak Park is a great place to go and have a bite with the kids great staff easy parking and safe playground foe the kids

Was at the speaker box for alot longer than I should've been.

Food was well presented but unfortunately the long wait (it wasn't busy when I got there, maybe only 2 cars in front) and especially having 2 lanes isn't really good enough for "fast food. " I assume they were short staffed which I acknowledge means being a bit slower.

All the workers I dealt with were friendly and professional and even let me order at the pay window as I wanted an extra item, which I appreciate.

Ordered 9 items for delivery at 8pm on an Sunday night. Took 50 minutes for order to leave the restaurant. When it arrived 4 items were missing, 3 of the 5 that were delivered were wrong. Tried to call restaurant to get details on what happened but phone number is disconnected.
If you're thinking of getting food from here, don't. Take your time and order from a different store or get something else. Don't risk it.

The lady manager who works tonight 6pm. 11/7/21 sunday. Doesnt know the 25% of 32.95$. Ive got 25% off voucher but she still charging me the full price.
She cant answer simple math how she became manager?

Most of the time i order through menulog, everytime i clearly mention that no ice in the drinks but everytime i get them with ice which is really annoying. Even i tried to call at the store as well in this regard but they never ever pick the call.
But this time it was ridiculous I ordered two meals - chips were cold
- patties were NOT FRESH, hard to chew really disgusting
-on the top of that one of my drink fanta was just soda there was NO FLAVOUR in it
- and as i said drinks were always with ice (even I clearly mentioned I DON’T WANT ICE in the drink)
This time it was disgusting, I ordered for dinner but it spoiled my mood, really upsetting service.

Horrible McDonald’s. Never gets the orders right and for some reason never puts onions on any burgers.

They did not resolve my issue. With thear mistake. And did not fix my order, nasty manager she was not very helpful, just tried to get more money out of me. So was not happy. Red head she was no names. But

I ordered on ubereats and my order came without fries for both meals. I called the restaurant and the manager hung up on me. I told her that I was missing fries from my order (two large fries) and she said that the guy has left with the order, I said yes I know but I’m missing 2 fries and she said okay bye. So unhelpful and rude.

Since thet have put in the second lane of drive thru, they seem to take twice as long to get orders filled.

Noisy.although when kids not in shop the vrnue is better.cold buns. Maybe staff could clean tables & ensure that kids are not screaming while customers are having meal.poor parking. Mainly used by church

Such a clean store both inside and outside. Service was quick, food was hot and coffee was well made.

Good service and very timely with food. However, not always a good look when staff huddle around the fries station talking about their weekend.

Came at 9: 45pm and the whole entire place w full of rubbish all over the floor and tables, drink on the floor which made it so sticky I had to go home to clean my shoes. There was not one clean table to sit on. So disappointing and so unhygienic.

They continually keep cooked menu items longer than they should - old fries are pretty standard.
