McDonald's Nunawading II

It is another McDonald's just like the rest. The only difference is the chips are hot.

Very poor service! Inexperienced staff. I ordered extra stuffs but they totally skipped and gave me. However, I paid for it and when I took food home I saw there was item missing. Very disappointed. Will never ever go to this store.

The library is the main attraction for my kids. Located at the Junction of Mitcham Rd and Springvale Rd.

I am so happy that justin served me my small fries, i got to hold his hand while he dropped those scrumptious chips into my hands.

Went through the drive through and ordered and our order was missing items when we realised after leaving the window we went back and the staff member did not speak to us then turned her back and walked away, never had service like that before. Word of advice make sure you get your receipt because they don’t offer you one.

A good maccas. Gets quite busy however the queue always moves along at a steady pace and the food quality is good (for maccas).

Covid hotspot for sure + any other germs Nothing but dirty tables and filth. Questionable understanding of customer service.

The girl at the coffee counter seemed stressed out! Very busy making coffee but does not know the type of loaf the display counter has. Asked her if she can find out (it did not have a name tag) she just ignored and continued making coffee!
I think its more the way the cafe is managed. May be its nothing to do with the girl or its her mind set?

Ordered online, waited 30mins in store to pick up. This is not fast food, should change to slow food. Very disappointed.

Poor attention to details resulted to 3 poor experiences.
1. Bought 4 macrons and came home to find only 3 in the bag.
2. Coke tastes disgusting with no coke syrup but couldn't do anything because ordered via drive through.
3. Ordered 3 sprites and were given 3 cokes - again no coke syrup! This time I had to go into the store (ordered via drive-thru) to let them know their soft drinks are just pure soda water.
My advice is to check your order before leaving McDonld's Nunawading to avoid disappointments.

When I ordered, the machine got wrong. The staff Emma told me my number is144 and I can just wait. I waited for 15 min and felt sth was not right, my order was NOT on the list at all! I remind them and was told it was coming. 10 more min wit nothing coming! Asked again and 5 more min, nothing! Even no. 168 was served! My little one kept asking me why there was nothing to eat. Terrible service! Never come back

Good for what it is. Classic McDonald's sometimes dosent have hash browns ready in mornings but this is a state wide issue and has been for 10+ years

We won a Maccas Monopoly instant win and won an Agoda (hotel booking site) discount but IT WAS A SCAM. DON'T USE THIS. It was 50 dollars off for every 350 dollars spent and there was no discount after we booked. We then called the hotel and they said that they didn't get any booking under our name. We then found out that this 'Agoda' website is a scam, or at least the Maccas coupon was a scam. Quite disappointing.

Ordered a Large meal, paid by screen machine, ran out the receipt paper, waited for more than 20mins, waited longer then others who came after me, approached a casher lady/ asked whats going on, just told ok, wait another 5mins, asked again to the other casher men, then checked screen and prepared my meal, they did not even say sorry, no apology, need to improve customer service,
But chips nice

The person in coffee making area emptied garbage then went back to coffee machine without washing his hands

Came just after 11am on a Saturday. Took 10 minutes to make my cheeseburger meal. Then went and sat down, to find they gave me the wrong meal. Went back and got the right one, server didn't even apologize or seem to think it was a huge issue. Then the cheeseburger looked pretty bad too. Not the best Macca's experience.
Edit: the screeching and beeping noises were so loud we ended up eating quickly so we could leave.

Don’t care about drivers, food already made and put in bag, but not pack and gave to driver, keep 15 min then food gonna be cold,
If anyone order food from this restaurant be aware. You not gonna take fresh food

Dropped in here today for an ice coffee;What a mistake. I think they gave me the water they used to wash out the machine. Their advert says that they use real coffee just not in my order. I won't be going back for sure.

I guess they never know how to count 1,2 &3 because whenever order via door dash 3 big Mac meals, they supplied 2 burgers. (more than 5 times in this year.)
And when I visited the shop, old eftpos machine never read mobile phone and manager keep saying not allowed.
Food quality? Try salad from this shop. You will see very dried pink color lettuce with broken baby tomato because that is normal for them.this shop is disaster.

The actual drive through area is one of the best. It had plants and privacy screens all the until you reach the speakers. It is unlike any other Maccas I have been through. I only ordered a caramel McFlurry which was yumo. Service wise was fast, the operated spoke clearly and at a regular pace. Usually they sound like onlymhalfvtheir mouth is open and speak very fast. But this was excellent. Wait time less than one minute. Will definitely go back again to see how the food is.
