McDonald's Northland Shopping Centre II

I ordered the Cheesy Angus in a Medium Meal. The chips are cold and the burger I ordered, someone placed the box on its side. Everything on the burger fell out from one side (Sauce included) and it created a mess and I have to rearrange the burger.

I normally don't write reviews to complain even if the food or the burger is on its side or made poorly. This however is just so terrible I have to give it a one.

Food was delivered quickly and was hot. Orange juice tasted like toilet bowl water. Hamburger was dry as. Fries and soft serve where really good though.

Worst coffee ever it was disgusting not milky or frothy and more especially it was cold coffee like it was lying there and they gave me someone else's coffee that didn't pick up. Also the hash browns were soggy and cold not freshly fried or crispy. It was my first and last visit to this McDonald's. Not wasting another dime here.plenty of other coffee places.it's a mall. This Macca's really don't want customers to keep coming back.the staff really needs customer service training as well. Smile and be polite to all cultures yeah.we are all paying the same with money!

I ordered takeaway for my kids and when I got home (4min drive), this was the quality of fries! Tasted awful and went directly into the bin!

Do not go there! This hijabi girl that was working on Saturday was giving my mom an attitude and have no respect whatsoever go someplace else

Had to do a few errands in the shopping centre and grabbed some Maccas to refuel pre departure. They got my order wrong but rectified it relatively swiftly. Not sure who orders a mchicken meal with a beef patty but having bitten into it I don’t recommend!

Amazing service delivered by Taniesha, great and fresh food I think the cook was skyla? Idk but what I do know is that I definitely recommend:)

Looks Mcdonals does not need customer service. STaff need bit training for customer service especially the barista girl.

Asked for a long black one sugar. They put bloody sugar syrup instead. And to top it off my long black wasn't even hot. Lesson learnt, go to a cafe instead

At northland this morning Maccas talk about unhappy rude service. No smile. No Thankyou nothing. The coffee barrista was the worst. Literally ordering me to order else where instead of saying “could u please order “ Not sure I’ll get going there Agsin

Went to McDonald's northland last nite the worst maccas ever slow slow slow i ordered nuggets they were horrible very dry, and a spicy mc chicken which had no sauce so was very dry as well. I will not go anymore I'd rather go to the homemaker center across the road.

Cashier took 10 minutes to take the person in front of me very simple order. Then despite being the only person there when the poor lady in front started her order, the incompetent cashier tried to take the order of the person behind me, when I said ‘I was here first’ he said ‘No’. Seriously. Staff has always been terrible there, but they’re getting progressively worse.

Nothing to write home about, food came quickly but was overpriced and ultimately would have gotten a better feed elsewhere. But if your fixing for some macas then you'll be satisfied.

Well McDonald’s is McDonald’s but you must get your staff to be a bit more polite as they are so not happy (unhappy) working there & not a smile no acknowledgment & no wishes of us having a great day! Girls boys please remember you are in the hospitality industry & what do you do? Please be HOSPITABLE as we come to your restaurant to have a happy meal but I see that you are bigger than your customers & that I find sad! I know you are young girls & boys so please learn by your mistakes as I find it soooo depressing coming to you restaurant!

The foods alright the customer service on the other hand is horrible the staff is all young which is fine, but the disrespect to adults is appalling.

Very slow customer service waiting for lunch more than 15 minutes and too much delay the food was not that hot bad bad stuff

I ordered 3 quarter pounders. Only 2 were in the bag. So i called them to tell them that in the bag there were 2 and they told me to call Uber. And when I called uber they said they can't open the bag and told me to call McDonald's. So when I did call them again and explained it to them, they ended the call on me without another burger or getting a refund. Never buying from McDonald's again.

Worst coffee making at this maccas, it's basically milk and water and inexperienced workers, this service needs to be improved in terms of the people who are working at the coffee area.

Purchased a large frozen coke got half a large, hate to think what I would have got if I got a small one.docket 131, should have gone to KFC.

I had wanted the new McFlurry with the custard pie and lady acted like she didn't know what it was. I then said just a plain one with mnm's on top. When i had received it, it was thrown at me and was half empty. The lady that served me was wearing black glasses and she had black hair (pre sure she was the manager). It closed at 9: 00 that night and i went there at 8: 50. They rushed so they could go out to have a smoke as a group of friends had come and asked them if they wanted to join. I threw the McFlurry straight in the bin and went to the one in Preston where it was nice customer service and the McFlurry was poured how it was meant to be poured. This McDonalds need new staff. If they aren't happy with their job, they can happily leave. The lady with glasses and black hair, pretty sure she was the manager. Will not go back there again! (This happened a few months back but couldn't post a review as my phone had broke and wanted a photo of the McFlurry as evidence.)
