McDonald's Melbourne Airport Drive

Great experience, fast service and food was fresh. Only concern was male toilets were not clean

Burgers taste like grease sever time was like 10 min even though there is no one here I asked for a refund even that took 10min never coming back here

Didn't even know this existed so close to the waiting parking area. Pretty good it's here to chill out.
- muffin was a little stale
- men's toilet was gross
- machines never print order receipts as most Macca's

Unfortunately, the automated ordering and customer service was in complete disarray when I visited. I waited almost 20 minutes for an almond flat white (which they had managed to burn too?) No one really knew what was going on? People received incorrect orders, and they seemed extremely dissatisfied with their food, service and waiting times. It was utter confusion. I would probably give this particular McDonalds a miss and try to find one elsewhere.

My snack wrap was stuck to the paper, but apart from that great location with great staff, cleanliness etc

Staff were absolutely incapable of putting a burger together, it ruined my day. The restaurant was otherwise acceptable, kept relatively clean and access to powerpoints was greatly appreciated just after arriving at the airport.

Not bad for a maccas, but they advertise as being open 24 hours on all their signage but close at 11pm.

Good but little late service. Best place for a take away and dine in as well. Meal deals are best

Always stale fries. Staff unwilling to help! Keilor park drive maccas is couple of mins drive and 10x better.

Been here on two occasions, first was dine in and second was drive thru, in dine in there was only 2 customers myself and one other
and drive thru I was the only car and both times the wait was ridiculous, this store has to be the worst in Melbourne, careless manager walks around like everything is under control (asian female) you clearly tell she lost control of this store, I've worked at Maccas many years ago and believe me the service has dropped right across the board, but this store is the icing on the cake, minus 10 stars if I could, #maccas corp get it together and send auditors here ASAP

Small quite in the morning. Service was okay since its only 2 ppl in the morning. Coffee was nice.

This place is in an excellent position and should be great but, lets me down everytime i go through the drive thru. Always takes a minimum of 10 minutes to get your order after paying. If you ask for fresh fries? Dont expect it. Everytime ive been given half cold and soggy fries. Was there 20 mins ago and asked for fresh fries 4 times. Still got nearly cold soggy ones. Big mac and mcchicken were both half cold also.was also half cold also. I dont know or understand why it always happens here, best to go to mickleham rd. These guys need to get with the program and give the customer exactly what they ask for. Not half cold burgers and chips, and also, need to speed things up. Stuff is half made but, go to a fish and chip shop and youll have steaming hot food in the same time or less. Rang the manager on duty. He apologised and offered vouchers but, when your hungry you eat what your given, especially if youve gone through drive thru, it means your on the go. Wake up mcdonalds.

No one attended at Drive Through for 5 mins! No one was at payment counter too! Big waste of time! Ordered BigMac Meal - cold burger and coke tasted like sugar syrup! Complete waste of time and money.

Not a bad Macca's Drive-Thru they're always pretty quick foods always fresh and hot.they do a way better job than a couple of other McDonald's stores in the same area.

The last 4 times I have picked up a meal via the drive-thru three out of four have been incorrect (and when I say meal a burger chips 3 items) very poor service, make sure you check your meal before leaving. Staffy always complaining the I think they need to splash out and hire more staff.

Can’t complain. Can’t expect it to be professional and gourmet when it’s literally McDonald’s.

McDonald’s whilst waiting for a flight is almost an obligatory way to kill time. No complaints about this but I do have a complaint about the fact my hash brown wasn’t in the bag which I only discovered upon boarding the flight. Note to all, check

Awesome, clean, the layout is nice! Lots of touch screen order systems, deliver to table, good menu items, fast service, friendly staff

No toilet paper. Don't panic.and plus the staff at drive through called aziz really needs some passion to get to work.

Was in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. Advertised as 24 hrs but closes at 10: 30.the meat smelled like fish, I couldn’t even bare to stomach it.
