All the mangers should be sacked every time I order it wrong. The owners well we know who they are must be brain dead. Crappest MacDonalds in Victoria and I do 60,000 a year so I know service. Terrible pathetic and employee brain dead people.

Probably one of the worst MD in town
I will say, most staff are friendly
But I find constantly the soft serve
Or Frozen drinks are out of order

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Went in store for a change to order my food. Waited 15 minutes and after they called my order number out as they had forgotten it they called my number to make sure I was still waiting. After I got my food it was cold, chips were hard and had no salt on them and burgers had been slapped together with lettuce you would definitely Chuck out if it was yours at home. Service and atmosphere should be minus but that’s not a choice. One server just kept yelling or was on her phone or complaining she didn’t want to be there. Very rude service. Teenagers running amok about 10 of them in the toilet both girls and boys, swearing and running through the store. Worst mcdonalds I have ever been in

Came through just now at 10.30pm went to order a ice cream was told ice cream machine was broken yet while in the drive through I saw people getting soft serves over the counter

The few times I have eaten here or been through drive through, the food has been cold. Staff and especially managers have lost the ability to deliver any form of customer service, no one here seems happy or wants to smile.
Between the hours of 1pm-4pm especially they would rather stand around complaining about the length of their drive through, watching from the camera screen.

Definitely don’t recommend

Feral customers in car in front kept throwing their cup tray out the window in the drive-thru. Female staff member was wonderful and remained calm and respectful.

Don't order from the counter. 25 minute wait. 11 staff on shift and 5 of them actually working.

At 9: 25 this evening, I was going to the driveway to order a sundae, but I said good evening three times I want a sundae tonight, and the female operator always said sorry, what did your said?
And i said could you give me a ice cream, She looking like a robot again.
Although English is not my mother tongue, I can never say a very, very simple word like ice cream wrong.

One of the worse McDonald's I have been in. After waiting 20 minutes for 2 frappes, i gave up and was told oh sorry we are out of caramel. The place was messy and dirty.

Come through here regularly and I’m not sure why lately. Food is always luke warm at best or poorly thrown together. Drinks are usually fine as long as the syrup has actually been filled. My biggest annoyance with this Maccas is that the chips are always cold which usually means they’ve been cooked and sitting way too long by without being thrown out and cooking new ones, or they’re boiling hot with no salt (which only happens about 1 out of 10 times.)
Very dissapointing with how inconsistent this restaurant is and how downhill they’ve gone since they first opened.

Regularly miss items like hash browns. And it's rare to get chips that are not cold or limp.

The service at Lucas leaves a lot to be desired. They are so slow, no serviettes, more often than not there’s always something missing, l would not recommend buying meals at the slowest takeaway ever.

Couldn’t do some drinks. So we changed it. Got our food and some was missing so they sent us to waiting bay - 10 minutes later still nothing so my partner went in and he handed the burger over that was just sitting there. It was cold and was missing normal ingredients and also ingredients we payed for to add on. Second burger we asked for no onion as allergic to it. And what a surprise. Had onions on it. Poor service. Poor quality. Will never be coming back here again.

I bought 2 double cheeseburgers and a big mac and all of the burger patties were as tough and chewy as cardboard and the bread tasted stail on the cheeseburgers the only thing tasting wright was the sauce on the burgers and the lettace

No gherkin, meas l.where cold, and waited for over 5 minutes, wasn't happy, bad enough i don't normally eat it, then that. Poffft

This girl was making my burger, just putting the lettuce in, wearing gloves. But then she went on her phone continuously, with the gloves still on, and still touching the food: (

Amazing service from the male in drive thru.
But once we got the the present window we received our order which was all there but we asked for less topping on the sundae which I understand is inconvenient to remake a sundae because it had too much topping but from the body language I could see from the manager was kind of rude.
Secondly please salt your fries.

They take their time.to get order. Always check your order. Easy to get to the drive thru. They are friendly
