McDonald's Lilydale

Got it delivered by uber eats, showed up looking like this. Now my family of 7 (6 now) will starve tonight. Beat the driver with a tomato sauce bottle. Teach him for delivering food to ME like this

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to.
Management allows them to pre fill drinks in large amounts. So when you get yours it's flat, ice melted and warm.
Very slow service too.
Needs a good clean as well.

Not happy at all i received a big mac with no patty at all and when i tried to call the store i got no reply and they had turned off their phone.

This would have to be the dirtiest and slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. We sat an hour and the filthy dining room was not cleaned once. Our food was wrong, our drinks were wrong. Our ice-cream order was printed and placed onto the counter and forgotten about until 5 minutes later when I asked about it. There is a lovely kids play area but the service is slow to non existent. Won't be returning.

I don’t often take the time to write negative reviews, but we’re super disappointed with the quality of our wrap meals. Chocolate shake that was watery and had NO chocolate flavour at all, the chips were barley salted, cold, soggy and underdone, and the wrap was completely flavourless and cold. It just seems like no care was put into the quality of the food, and for the price we paid as well. Truly a regretful purchase and a waste of effort for my body to process. Can we just get a bit of a higher standard on the quality of the food, for the good of the people?

Chicken was extremely dry. I didn't get sauce that I ordered for my nuggets and the chips were soggy. Staff were nice but the food took a while longer to be made. The floors were a bit dirty and wet but not hazardous.

Maccas is amazing and all but it would be even better if it had a sad meal! #livelaughcry #emo #sad #broken

Clean, friendly staff, efficient and following all COVID processes and quick on their feet. They probably deserve a holiday or at least a raise at this point.

I have ordered McDonald with Uber eats for the second time today they messed up. I know you are busy but please be careful when you prepare orders. First time one big mag were missing And the second time they didn’t put the coke! Oh right you are busy but my kids don’t understand and they want their coke and burger!

I was upset at the drive thru lane because 3 cars queuing after me got to order before me!
Then I decided to just drive up to the window to order.
I was asked to pull up in the waiting bay because my “small chai latte” was going to take longer than usual to make!
As I pull up the pickup window the crew member HD my coffee sitting on the bench and almost handed it out to me. But then suddenly she asked me to pull over in the waiting bay. As I watch from the waiting bay they handed out the food to the 4 cars who obviously ordered after me! Then after the drive thru was cleared of cars my coffee was then brought out to me!
I don’t understand why I was made to wait for no reason even though my drink was ready!
The chai latte I got was extremely hot and it’s been nearly 25 minutes I have got it and it’s still hot to drink.
This isn’t how my usual maccas run turns out to be. Although I must admit that I haven’t been to this store before. And most likely I won’t return because of the quality of the product I have received.

This Maccas is certainly a lot classier than it was back in the day. No more cages over the drive through order boxes. The loo's were clean, Service was good, and my order was right. Car park could be problematic if you towing but I was able to park the work truck without issue.

Where to start? I was recommended to come to this restaurant or should I say establishment as I am a fan of burgers and had never tried McDonald's. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a very sleek, minimalist and modern looking exterior and interior, which boosted my expectations of this establishment that I have never tried to a fresh and tasty burger place. I ordered a big Mac as my friends had told me this was the best one to get, I added a small chips and diet coke also to make a "meal". Whilst I waited for my food, I continuously heard sirens or beeping of some sort which I found to be quiet unpleasant. I received my "meal" after only about 3 minutes of waiting. I was handed a brown paper bag and sent off to eat it, I decided to. I reached into the bag and pulled out a cardboard box containing my "burger" and the fries were in a little bag but most of them had fallen out in to the large paper bag. I stared at my burger for about 30 seconds before even taking a bite, it looked soggy and not the freshest burger, possibly even microwaved. After I stared at it I finally took a bite, let me describe the experience to you. Once the bread touched my tongue that was pretty much all I could taste right untill I swallowed it, two very thin patties and three pieces of luke warm bread, an interesting sauce that tasted like someone had liquified dill and that along with the pickles was the only other flavour I could taste. I then had one of my fries and they tasted like someone had deep fried cardboard and salted it. The only thing enjoyed about my meal, was the diet coke.

Paid $3.5 for extra slice but they forgot to put it in. They promised me to post me a discount voucher for compensation but never get it.

Quick turnaround considering the late hour, but McDonald's food is always garbage.

But what other options are there at 2am.

The management at Lilydale McDonald are the most welcoming and the suport they have offered our community is fantastic the best McDonald I try and stop most mornings for coffee it is like having a cach up with new friends before work keep up the grate work.

Firstly, thank you for the 11 nuggets in a 10 pack <3 BUT plz remember my aioli next time. The sweet and sour was not adequate, little bit mad x

I only got 4 nuggets in my 10 nugget meal! AND, I WAS MISSING TWO LARGE CHIPS! I am never, EVER, coming back to this Maccas again. AND, to top it off, the restaurant was filthy. Disgusting, Needs to be cleaned better. Not good enough.

The indoor play centre with air-con is great and the kids loved it very much despite the staff missed a few things for my order.
