They are poor service I drive thru, waiting time is 10-15minutes in an empty Maccas.sometimes no people inside at all, still you have to wait.funny

Had a great visit to this store this morning, staff were friendly and polite and food was beautiful and fresh, coffee was great also, thank you

Chips soggy nuggets don't even look normal there oil must need to b changed seems to b everytime i go there so dunno what goin on but the food quality has got to be the worst orderd 10 nuggets and got 9 was a first for me never ever have had wrong amount and then the bad quality just tops it off pathetic considering the one 5 minutes away is killa quality

Fries cold and hard, my big make hardly any lettuce, no straw for the drinks no sweet n sour with 10 nuggets.

Ordered 4 meals through the drive through. 3 of them were Big Mac meals. Got back to find out 2 Big Macs were missing.
Beginning to lose count of how many times this has happened from this Maccas

Very busy store and seemed like not enough staff took over 25 minutes to get though drive threw.

Our place for weekend getaway drive through breakfast for all things towards City. Well first breakfast anyways

Shocking managment.poor service.been like 10min wating for a simple kids meal order in the drive through.havnt received the order receipt.after long wait they forget to give me the ice cream.
I had to get in the shop and ask for that.really poor customer service.as I mentioned in the shop will never go back there anymore

Even though was a pick time, small customer number in store, customer service was Veeery slow and also very, very, very derty toilets. NOT RECOMMENDED

I tried many times. But always always not fresh! Beef in the burger is dry. The food quality is horrible. Service is good though. Two stars are for the friendly customer service ladies.

I have ordered the dinner from here but it took more than 40 minutes to get my order. Very rude staff. When I asked about my order, the staff got angry on me and said they are so busy, under stress etc. Not going back to this one.

If you have choice go anywhere else but here. Coffee is the worst. After waiting as they asked they brought cold food

I don’t want to give them even 1 star.we just drove through for drinks and 10 nuggets. We had waited for 20 mnts and asked one of staffs our food was not served. She went in and still no food for another mnts. My husband finally went in and asked where our food was and all the staff just said they didn’t know. We found out they skipped our order and even didn’t get apology. Poor service and attitude ever I experienced.

I went in for a job interview with no communication after if had the job or not, most company at less tell you if you haven't got the job but also seeing management have a go at another staff member at the front counter while I'm standing there waiting and customers are in store Not a good look for any business

My 9 year old son went today to buy food with $50 and they did not give him the change back
I am not sure what happened there but this is so not good who ever served him just ripped him off.

Whilst the food is as good as one expects, the majority of the employees didn't know what they were doing. We were ordering using the machine, however there was an issue with two machines. The first machines touch mismatched with what was happening on screen. The second time the machine wasn't us go back and change our order. We asked two different people to help us and they couldn't help us both times. Further the managers were just sitting and watching and I understand they may have been on their break but surely if you see three people crowding one machine, you could consider helping them (?)

The service wasn't that busy and I ordered a deluxe frozen blueberry and grape however I received a normal frozen drink. However the girl at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind, and timely with her response.

Nevertheless the place was clean so can't complain.

Rude staff especially the dirve thru person big guy he is so rude while taking ordr i ask him can u repeat my ordr he is seriously rude i thnk he is manager.and after that i wait around 10 minuets for food and at the end all the food was cold.

Just called in for coffees on our way out, was nice, l asked for extra hot, but it wasn't extra hot but l still enjoyd my coffee.

So so bad. Just went, they got my order wrong and now I’m too far to go back. The order machines were broken and the staff took ages to serve us. The bathrooms were also disgusting. I’m so angry that I spent money and got nothing for it. This is unacceptable.

Every Friday morning I buy a ham and cheese toastie and a skinny hot chocolate, extra extra hot. Toastie never cut and hot chocolate always warm.
