McDonald's Lakes Entrance

For this McDonalds there's normally a wait with the drive through as they should rearrange it behind next door instead of a 2 way go through and the parking is in the worst place where you would have to wait for cars to let you out

One of the best mcdonalds there is. The staff is wonderful. We went there multiple times on our 3days trip to lakes entrance and the quality of food and customer service is just amazing.

I was left extremely disappointed with the service and I was given the wrong food as to what was ordered.
Their food serving area was filthy and would be nice to see some hygiene practice within their workplace and proper training should be given to staff by management.

Great coffee. Friendly service, if a little slow due to previous customer messing up their order.

Filthy eating area, poor service from unhappy staff, half cooked meat in burgers, slow service but it’s no surprise considering the owner is a hateful nasty woman half cooked like her meat. The toxicity has pervaded the whole place. The owners hate the LGBTI community with a vengeance too.

Best Bacon and Egg McMuffin meal I have had! Freshly made, hot egg not over cooked Hash brown and Coffee perfecto!

Slowest in australia, waited 10 mins for a large chips, no one in the shop just me, ended up asking for a refund then went to kfc which took 2 mins. Next day mc muffin and orange juice 20 mins and still waiting. Finally 25 mins later this maccas is pathetic.

The worst coffee I have ever had and the toasties was barely toasted. Only good thing was the hash brown

OMG so slow. Second time I’ve waited for 15 minutes to get through the drive through. Not busy. But the girl was not happy or impressed she was there. Really. Don’t have a job like this if you can’t keep up. Disgusting! Wouldn’t go there again. KFC is it.

Understaffed at peak times due to poor up level management, sad to see kids in there first jobs copping the flack for higher level mismanagement

The girl at the front was so slow she forgot our sauce and instead of Fanta she gave us orange juice. She also didn’t look happy and when we told her it was orange juice she didn’t say anything just took. And at of all the meals 2 were cold.

Everything was fresh and hot. Brad was great very helpful and great customer service and it was very clean. Great work guys

I went to this McDonalds and before ordering headed to the upstairs ladies bathroom. There were two cubicles, - the 2 large toilet paper containers within each cubicle were completely empty.
As the toilet paper was depleted, you would wonder, How long since these toilets were maintained?
One toilet bowl filled with exrement, the restroom overall was grotty, along with the floors in the restaurant and outside eating area.
The disabled toilet downstairs also filfthy, but it did have toilet paper.

There were virtually no customers in the restaurant.
I asked to see the manager and reported the condition of the toilets. He said he would get someone on to cleaning them.

I have to ask why is it a common theme with McDonalds that their Toilets, and often dining areas are dirty! It's rare to see any tables being cleaned. So much for hygiene protocols to reduce spread of Covid.

Please employ more staff and supervision to keep your Restaurants and facilities clean.

I rarely go to McDonald's these days and only went yesterday as it was the only place I found open for early morning coffee.completely turned off by lack of cleanliness and dirty facilities I left.

Another disappointing McDonalds experience.

The quality of the food was poorly constructed and seemed like the meat and chicken in the burgers were very old. One of the Pattie’s in the burger appeared to have been bitten (most likely broken off in the process of being made) and put me off. The chips were old and soggy and had no salt to it. The drinks were also flat. Overall this was not a good Maccas and do not recommend

Two trips thru drive thru one 30 minutes the next two weeks later 35 minutes! Two staff on peak time, good luck to ya!

Seriously the worst service ever experienced, waited 20 minutes in drive through, stuffed the order up and then staff were rude when manager said we could have free fries, which we did not get!

Where do I even begin first off waiting at the counter multiple minutes before being served staff gossiping with each other completely ignoring me secondly, the wait time when there was a single car in drive thru and just us in the store it has to be the slowest fast food I’ve ever ordered, I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe not a burnt chicken deluxe there’s a big difference between crunchy and a charred also staff members with hair below collars and not being tied up simply unhygienic

Really grotty floors and tables and the upstairs bathroom was smelly and out of paper. Did not stay to order food.

Ran out of Almond milk for the entire long weekend. Gave us the biggest soft serve ice cream I have ever received at any McDonald's.

Small in terms of eating in. Toilets upstairs. McCafe, Drive Thru, playground, wifi and pick up (no delivery) available. Clean store, friendly staff.
