Great tea and coffee, but the person taking orders on the drive-thru could learn some manners

I just ordered two meals and two hashbrowns via Uber eats delivery.one burger was missing and no straws provided.

Outstanding service each time I’ve been here! Greeted me by name from the app order, friendly and cheerful. Even though it was busy the staff were quick, efficient, and got my order right. Thank you!

Worst Macca’s round, they’ve managed to get our order wrong at least the last 3 times we’ve been, which is even worse when its through uber eats and YOU have to drive down to get your compensatory item.they’re a mess

Worst Maccas of all. Always have to park when going through the drive thru. Food is always a mess when we get to it.

Saying “there’s that one” when handing a bag of food or drink over is soo lazy

Do the order today by app which say got disc for $7, put the order thru app, and received a code for pick up, arrived and tell them the code and somehow the code not working and bla bla bla.no solution or whatsoever from the manager and THE SOLUTION IS ORDER AGAIN WITH NO DISC. WHAT A SHAME.

I don't know why I keep going back here this place would have to have to worst service in a maccas I have ever seen!

Absolutely Terrible! Worst Macca's I've ever been to. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Walked inside the restaurant, The menu ordering screens wouldn't let you put in an 'eat in' order with the screen saying "we are only taking takeaway orders at the moment".

Went up to the counter to order instead, waiting ages for anyone to acknowledge me let alone take my order (staff seemed more interested in completing drive thru orders than serving customers inside)

Ordered our food (a happy meal, a double cheeseburger meal and a big mac meal) and I asked if we were allowed to sit in the restaurant to eat (since the ordering screens said they were only doing takeaway I was unsure) and was told yes so we took our table number and sat down.

In the end they called out our receipt number instead from the front counter instead of delivering order to our table so I had to collect the order from the counter, and I had to ask for the free glass with the big mac meal because it had been forgotten.

Food was poorly put together and instead of putting thru my double cheeseburger as a meal it was put through as a drink and burger only so I didn't receive any fries.

We also used both the mens and womens toilets while at the restaurant and both were in an absolutely disgusting state. Toilets had lots of poo left in them, pee on the seats, filthy floors, walls and sinks with soap left all over the place, this was in every toilet stall in both the men's and women's toilets.

The music in the restaurant didn't work, cutting in and out constantly. The restaurant itself was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in months. There was food and rubbish left on tables, sauce dried on the floors, so it had been there awhile. Cobwebs on ceilings. So if the restaurant looked like this, how clean is the kitchen?

I also had a stomach-ache after eating here.

This is by far the worst experience I've had in a Macca's anywhere. Its honestly put me off eating at Macca's for quite some time.

Seems like the owners and managers need to get their act together and put more staff on and give staff some retraining to be able to clean the store better and serve customers better.

Weekend coffees are hit and miss.

Hot fresh Maccas food is tops. Always ask for fresh, if your happy to wait a bit longer.
Speed isn't my priority, its hotter fresher food.

Drive through order of medium meal and they missed the drink. Went in to get the drink only to find on the way home that they packed in cheeseburger instead of Mac Jr.

One of the worst McDonald's in Australia. Service is too slow. Please be there if you got plenty of time otherwise you would be disappointed.

3rd time visiting this restaurant, 3rd time there hasn't been toilet paper in the men's toilet. That is a health hazard

Was deciding between Kilsyth or Bayswater stores, the Mrs said don’t go to Kilsyth they never get it right I said they might be better by now, I ordered a double quarter p and get home to find a regular quarter p and for some reason no pickles either BLOODY HOPELESS

Every time we order, the burgers are just thrown together. Sauce is all Over the box and wrapping and the burger is squashed. Also for the past 2 months when ordering coffee, we get 1/4 of froth when ordering a latte. My partner works and McDonalds, this is not standard for a latte. I pay for a large latte and am given a medium at best. Appalling.

Car wouldn't start as my son left the lights on, lovely employee went on her break to help jump start my car, thank you very much.

Super effiecnt and fast service in the drive-thru. Zero wait time, my bag was waiting before I got to the window. Well done.

Ungrateful, unprofessional, slow service, disrespect customer plus bad customer service. If I can I want to give zero star. Such a disappointing place.

I asked for a iced latte with no sugar. I got one with a lot of sugar.and water with no ice.got one with ice.food was good though.

Lovely hot, tasty and enjoyable breakfast this morning! Friendly staff and fast service as well. And all served in a safe covid environment. Thanks again! We'll be back!

Maybe my imagination but servings seem to be getting smaller and smaller, staff did not lidten properly to order, did not complain but disappointed
