McDonald's Kilmore

Ladies toilets were disgusting. No toilet paper in any stall and mess everywhere. In the past I would go to Macca’s because their toilets were clean. No longer obviously

It's not healthy,
It's Fast Food and it's accessible EVERYWHERE!

Kilmore mcdonalds needs a good clean, and it is a store that you would not call very welcoming so I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Nice new establishment with playground. New layout inside with lots of lounges. Great service as well.

Can't get order right and if it's right it's been sitting for an hour and is rock hard

A good quarter pounder. Hamburger was freshly made, warm and not sloppy. Also toasted sandwiches and coffee are good.

There always under staffed and the staff that are working spend more time speaking to mates. I was there today to grab my kids a happy meal and at least 4 staff members looked at me not one said "hi will be a sec " not but we're having a great chat with there mates. Worst service iv ever had. Never had a good experience at this store

Paid for my food ordered a Big Mac meal and two chicken and cheeses only got one chicken and cheese and the other one was covers in mayo and the girl who gave us the food so rude slammed the window shut in our face as someone who works in fast food I’m disappointed

Bad service. Me and my cousins got 4 large fries and came out with 3 small fries, We also ordered chocolate frappes and came out with coke.

I remember I went with my brother, I forgot to post this but I will now, your card register wasn't working? We waited like 10 minutes to order and then when we did, you said the card register didn't work. Could have made a sign or told us during our order.

Your chicken deluxe sandwich was Poisoning my partner… wasn’t fresh Even the bread looked old and crumbly

Useless staff, forgot fries and sauce in drive through. Dont waste your time or money. Sitting at the order speaker with no cars in front of me they need to train staff to order take and also take payments useless staff.

Thanks to the mcdonalds staff this morning at 530, clearly you guys were under the pump. Extra shout to the gentlemen who always provides the best service and apologetic for any wait time this morning. Have a great day!

Slow service. Had to remind the girl about my 2 coffees. Ordered a cappuccino but came as a flat white with no chocolate topping and bottom of both my coffee cups were dirty and when I sat them down it gave a stain on my pants, disappointing. Also ordered caramel syrup in my latte but there wasn’t any.

Waited 20 min in drive through for Sundays that were melted by the time I got through. No cars in the waiting bay, yet car sitting there waiting and holding up the whole que. Come on kilmore Maccas.

Staff consistently forget parts of your order. Young girl named chloe was talking badly of other staff members to other employees and infront of customers, very unprofessional environment.

Staff were yelling at subordinates. Totally ignored us waiting to be served for over 5mins. Walked out and went to Wallan Maccas 100% better.

I order a large Cappuccino expecting it to be made by a trained barrister, but unfortunately, it appeared to be made by an automatic machine and was not drinkable. Very disappointing and not the first time!

Food was lukewarm and tasted chewy like it had been in the warmer for a day. Service was good but food was horrible.
