McDonald's Keilor Park

This is disgusting half filled cups first one is a large and i payed 5 dollars and they dont even fill the cups up half way worst maccas ever!

What's the use of being a 24hr store I was told today that they're doing a system upgrade but there was no advice on this anywhere.
Pathetic service the staff obviously don't think to put a sign on the door about this

Frequently get staff that don’t want to do table service, even though they offer it? Also, I went there, ordered a coffee on the app. It didn’t charge me but it didn’t and anyway let me know that it hadn’t accepted the order? They didn’t really care. Staff are very transactional.

Waited 25 minutes in Drive through went back around and they didn't even have the order
Always missing items and cold food.

Only McDonalds in the area I can trust not to screw me over in drive through the other two are shocking.

Worst place late nights, 24/7 and can't get a coffee at 10pm. Better down the road at that green servo

The team member that served us was very helpful. 2 out of 3 of the Big Macs we ordered had the middle bit of bread as the base of the burger. I've never eaten a big mac like that before and it changes the experience (not in a good way).

Was very disappointed with the customer service at this place. The manager, a larger looking female, showed great disrespect and attitude, after I had missing items from MY order. Wont be coming back

Just went through the drive through and ordered a large chips. Arrived home and they legitimately look like 2 day old chips. Cold and tasteless. How can your staff serve that? ! Disgusting!

3 stars for the cleanliness and friendly service. No stars for the bitter tasting coffee. Another day and the coffee was much improved and the store clean and friendly service.

This Mcdonald’s management is not good at all they always don’t complete my order. The whole point of drive through is that it’s supposed to be fast there’s no time to waste, i don’t have time to go back to do their job. Terrible management

The coffee at this particular mcdonald's is always very weak and watery. I particularly like the mcdonald's mocha but it is not good at this particular mcdonald's

Terrible restaurant staff, how you can serve this to a customer in drive thru is beyond me. I did not eat the fries nor did the fries fall out in the bag. This is how I found my fries opening the bag.

Sure place is great but if you want food in the early morning on uber eats what's the point of having a overnight menu just say you're not delivering

Decent place. Not very crowded. Plenty of car parking. They do have table service but didn't serve at the table. Instead just shouted our number and we had to go and get it. It was alright as it was just coffee.

Pathetic excuse for a McDonald’s. Cold dry chips and a sloppy BigMac. Avoid this place as they have zero quality control on their food.

The worst presentation of meals ever!
There should be quality control in the Kitchen. The only thing consistent with this McDonalds (Keilor Park Drive), you know your going to get something that resembles something that looks like food from McDonalds. Not worth a Star

THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!
We waited 30 minutes for our food that we ordered 10 minutes beforehand on the mymacca’s app, AND THEN THEY FORGOT OUR CHIPS! So we had to go back to get them after driving off with our chipless food. Terrible maccas, absolutely trash.

Absolutely terrible. Two separate occasions, didn't have toy for the happy meal in the box and sauce. Once ordered an extra one and paid for it too, didn't get both.

Wrote to McDonald's and the Hiring manager Daniel wrote a letter to me, saying they were sorry and they're trying hard to improve, but can assure it was just a copy paste of a template, as the email was addressed to some person named Joel? !? !?

Support small businesses instead, you'll know what's in your food, get better service and keep a family afloat, these guys just don't deserve it.

Poor customer relations. Manager thrice tells customer "not to do this and that next time" when it was his staff that messed up. Not even a single apology was said after all the hassle.
