McDonald's Kangaroo Flat

Drive-thru did take a very long time to get through 15 minutes +. But the staff did do a good job of keeping an eye which car had what order.

I love McDonald’s coffee my Favourite also the burgers always consistently good.but have too say I had a cheese burger and coffee…Kangaroo Flat Store.the Burger was soo thin and dry and totally tasteless and cold like it had been sitting there for quite awhile should not have been sold.had 2 bites and put it in a bin worst burger I’ve had from Maccas, the coffee was hot but tasteless.won’t be going back.very disappointed…

Do not go here for “fast” food.

Rudeness over load from the manager I would suggest she has more training with customer service we ordered for drive through ended up getting out of car and entering the store only to be met with Rudeness and excuse no staff completely unprofessional I should be able to do 0 stars

We had paid for our foo and we sat and waited for 20 minutes then went up to the counter and asked if our food was ready they said that or order had not been paid for and it wasn't on the system we finally got our food after 45 minutes and our buyers and fries were cold.

I was give a cap that was cold and tasted dreadful.
I was then given chewy chips that were old.
Then the Berger was cold to the touch on the bottom of the bun.
I complained and was not issued a refund I ate the burger because I was hungry but asked for replacement chips which never came.
The girl rolled her eyeballs at me and gave me nothing in return.
I eaten Macas for 30 years and the food that is being pumped out now it the worst it has ever been, I’m a truck driver so eat my fare share of it very disappointed not just this particular branch.
You’re charging top dollar reducing the size and delivering prity ordinary food not good enough what a Shame maccas is going down hill.

Not happy. Waited for a long time in Drive through, finally got order. No chips. Go inside and wait again, only to be given chips, that were cold. Burgers dry, cold and extremely ordinary. Wont be hurrying back there.

Ordered through door dash it took an hour and a half to arrive. Then open bags to find half our food missing. Tried to call for an hour only to end up driving down. Once there the shop was dirty the manager was rude. Said he would give us the whole order again and didn't. Never had a good experience at this shop. Disappointing

I ordered 1 bacon and egg muffin i waited 20 minutes b4 they told me it was going to be longer as they had to cook more bacon I am very disappointed

Bins over flowing and not emptied understand as you were busy, order arrived at a fairly reasonable time, hamburger could have some improvement not as good as it used to be, customer service was good clean inside and staff helpful.

Dirty Toilets, Broken Mens Room, counter area confusing where to order with their hidden machines.

They played basketball with our burgers. Lobbed in from afar and just a wreck. Ongoing theme of poor care and attention.

Only two of the ordering screens were working. The French fries were palatable but I haven't yet worked out how to describe the disturbing experience that is offered under the title of a "Big Mac". Holding the deflated and soggy artifact referred to generously as a "bun" with any force encourages the slimey non descript ingredients that lurk within to mount a last bold quest for freedom. The beef patty has cunningly done it's best to disassociate itself from any known food group, and emboldened by the rebellious slime it sits in will defiantly slip and try to leap any direction that avoids it reaching your mouth. I almost dared not look at the pieces that successfully made it to the floor for fear I might witness them crawling towards each other with some hideous plans of reassembling themselves into some sinister life form. Any pieces that fail to escape and do fall victim to your digestive tract mutter unspeakable things as they slide (or possibly crawl) downwards so as to ensure you swiftly and profoundly regret ever deciding to allow them anywhere near your gut!
If you are in search of food, don't eat here. If stepping into the unknown presses your buttons, it is definitely worth a trip.you can spend countless hours trying to determine what former, or current life forms dwell within the McDonald's bun!

The worst place to go to for food the food is all ways slapped together and out packaging and sloppy hoo would put hot food on top of cold drinks and not pack the food right I wouldn't recommend using this place

The busiest of all the local McDonald's so expect a queue and a long wait to be served. The counter staff are only trained in the common requests and don't know that cookies are listed under desserts for example. The carpark is always busy and difficult to exit but this is not the fault of McDonald's. My advice is to go elsewhere if possible.

It's a maccas, you get your good and you get your bad. This time I order a spicy crispy chicken clubhouse, took about 10-15 minutes wait time to receive the order, when I went to go and sit down to eat the burger wasn't one that I had asked for. So I had to get them to make a fresh one.

Clean & fast service. Their new coffee blend isn't too bad. It's a Macca's. What more can you say

Very poor services and not the first time this happening I ordered a triple cheeseburger and they gave me a double, they fill half of the chips up it's not even the large amount.
When I stated that they gave me the wrong one the worker didn't even let me finish my sentence before saying I'll just make you another one.
In my defence they are really poor customer service and are really rude.
I was better off going into town to get what I wanted.
Would not recommend going there.

What a bad experience.
Food was cold, and I mean COLD.
My coffee was only half full, they topped it up.i asked for extra hot, but sure it was made yesterday.
Took forever at payment.
Must admit they got serious about checking in for covid.

Nice and quick. Disappointed playground not open. Thought it would be open as other playgrounds are open.
