Drive thru always seems and is always faster than going inside to order!
So i recommend the drive thru

There are two Macca's in Mildura, the one on Deakin dishes up decent Macca's, this one on fifteenth street, every single time I go there, the burgers are all over the place, and absolutely dripping with fat! Why? I thought all would be taught to cook the same way, so why can't 15th Street Macca's Assemble a burger correctly and that's not dripping with fat? I recommend the other McDonald's on Deakin, far better quality, and a decent Macca's food, not absolute oily, completely all over the place - yuck! Very Disappointing, and it's EVERY single time I go there, and EVERY burger, not just one.

When order arrived it was missing all drinks, when I phoned the restaurant the girl that answered the phone stated
Oh we've turned menulog off so yeh I can't do anything about that you'll have to do it thru menulog takes no responsibility for not packing the order right!
Pathetic service

The store is well layed out and food and service were also good.
The only negative i could see was cleanliness.
The floors were very dirty and the toilets also.
I would go there again, and the negative is not a serious criticism more a statement to hopefully help the store take the next step.

The lady that always takes my order is lovely alway happy to help. I love coming to this store.

The drive thru is always packed, but the line of cars moves quickly. Haven't had a bad experience with the food. To date, it's always been fresh, especially breakfast. Service is lovely. I've even received compliments on my car by the drive through staff, which is nice ️

When I open my Mac spicy burger, wow just “TWO” pieces lettuce!
I know lettuce expensive these few weeks, but still unbelievable?

Drive thru was so full that parked cars were blocked from leaving! I know how difficult their job can be unlike some customers out there but as a decent customer I decided to leave because unlike a lot of people out there I realize when a place is too busy I will decide to go elsewhere. This surely can't keep going on like this especially when you have school holidays just around the corner. In my opinion I think it might be time to build a third McDonalds and try to alleviate some of the stress off the staff and the two existing stores! In return I can guarantee you will receive a much happier level of service. Mildura is a growing town and when some places get really busy they should have the opportunity to expand.

Absolutely rubbish, waited over17 minutes for a happy meal and bigmac, chips and drinks.
Ask manager, where my order was, she didn't say a word, look at my ticket number, walked off, no explanation or apology.
And this attitude from a manger, very poor.
Not returning to this store

I only had 20$ and got the double quater-pounder meal for the McDonald's limted-time cup and didn't have enough for a sundae but I wanted the novelty cup so I went with the meal anyway; after I payed and got my meal I noticed the cup wasn't in there and asked where the cup was and they said "we're sold out on the limted-time cups". Worst experience in my foodie life, made me sob. 0/10 experience

The listening in the drive thru is really poor because I had order and meat and cheese burger and I only got the buns and the cheese with no meat I am not happy at all. Maccas have messed up my order many times

Food was not hot enough to travel so had to be eaten immediately. Seating area is closed so it was consumed in the car park

Not the best but certainly not the worst and that's all you can really hope for from a McDonalds.

Very busy etc especially with covid lockdown, was great service little waiting time pleasant staff

Service is reliable, never had to wait excessive amounts of time for an order and will rectify if needed.

We ordered two burgers, one that was custom. They ended up customising the wrong burger and we played alot of money for our small order. They forgot to put most of the vegetables in one of our burgers. I will not be eating here ever again!

Better training to enhance listening skills of young workers may be needed. Items are frequently missing from order.
Noted to the manager that we frequently order cappuccinos and receive something that resembles coffees. I asked him, "We asked for cappuccinos again, do you think these are actual cappuccinos this time? ". He looked at the monitor and replied, "Yes, these are cappuccinos. ". When we opened the lids, rest assured, they were not cappuccinos; they even tasted like something made from other than coffee. Other times, we receive extremely high quality cappuccinos. It comes down to 'Training, training, training'. That is what I have to say.

On another visit, noteworthy to mention that they were not busy, I received my Bic Mac half finished. Nothing much to comment there. One picture instead of 1000 words? I'd say so.

Ordered scone with jam and cream but got butter and cream. I took the butter back to swap for jam but they no longer have jam! Scones with butter and cream just didn't do it for me.

A great experience compared to the big city. The tall female staff was just amazing and gave my son a nice you and made our day, she is a real asset

I dont know if the store manager/s read these reviews but here goes. I order a ceasar salad most times. 9 times out of 10 I am missing cutlery or the croutons or sauce. Tonight was no exception.missing my sauce and the extra one I ordered and also the croutons. I guess I should check before I leave the store! I even used the self serve to mitigate the risk of the young staff not taking my order correctly.
